My review is for the Volo shop. Im not sure these five star reviews are for the Volo shop as my familys experience wasnt anywhere close to theirs. Everything started off well with them reviewing the car and being very welcoming to my wife and I; probably because we didnt deal with the "lady of the house", Jeanne. When we pick up the car its in the garage getting a final detail or hiding the rear bumper paint mismatch. I see a scuff and figure I can buff it out. Once we get it home we decide to look it over in more detail. We find plenty we dont like. Now the car wasnt in perfect condition, but good condition. Even so, I expect like new where damage occurred and the paint to match around it. My wife then takes the car to the shop and points all the concerns out. Jeanne immediately attacks her! Is that what you expect from a customer service rep?! So, my wife keeps her cool and brings Jeanne back down. She explains it was the humidity (no it wasnt, they just didnt touch it). I would have been okay with taking it back a second time, but the customer service is why they get 2 out of five. They fixed what I feel is their fault, but no need to be nasty to your customers; who of all things were in an accident recently and dont want to deal with a body shop either. Ill be sure to let my insurance company know they should remove them from their list of recommended shops Oh and on another note. Jeanne made sure to send an email stating they didnt paint it and that they felt it wasnt a part of the accident. Im not sure I understand their logic... They obviously saw white (color of car) on the parts they installed and painted and then realized the piece they didnt touch was a off/faded white. Have some pride in your work!

My brand new car had an deep scuff mark across 2 panels and I knew exactly where I was taking my car to get repaired, even though I dont live in the state anymore. I had been to Platinum 16 years ago and remembered my perfect experience then. My current car is a tri-color so very challenging to match. Not only did they match the color perfectly but they made sure everything was correctly in place using only genuine parts for my cars make. My car received the care that I expected from this company. If my husband or I need body work done again, this still will be the only place we will take our cars. I appreciate the way they run their business. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I went here 4 times and the alignment on my car STILL wasnt fixed, even though the last time I went there they said they even involved a third-party shop to work on it because they couldnt figure it out. In addition, when they put on a new bumper on my car they apparently missed adding a part that was supposed to go inside the bumper. I noticed it as soon as I drove my car because of the weird noise it was making and they somehow hadnt caught that. I had held it together the whole time but after 4 times of them working on it and still not getting it done I dont think I can trust them again.

Can I say negative star? I brought my car to this place just after Thanks giving last year. After 3 attempts they still have not fixed what was broken!!! It is in there now for the 4th time, and I had to call at the end of the day to find out they had to order a new part, meaning they will have my car for another full day. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They seemed great, accessible, friendly, clean, lots of other service on the lot, rental place right next door, and helpful staff. But they just cant seem to get the work done.

**** Beware **** Strong armed and forced by Geico to use this body shop. After receiving an estimate from another body shop was told that they would not repair my vehicle back to original condition prior to my accident without trying to shake me down for an additional $175. *** Beware of this set up with the Geico Rep working out of the shop ***

I just received my car back from being in a accident. I must say it looks like a brand new car. I was able to take car of everything and receive my car back in less then 3 days.. Lifetime warranty!!! They also detailed the inside of my car "God knows I needed"! Im very pleased and free cookies! I Recommend everyone!

I went to Platinum when I got in a car accident and they made me feel very comfortable after a horrible crash. They communicate with me regularly regarding my cars repairs, have helped set up rental service, and are very friendly and caring. If your car needs some work, you will be very happy with their service!

I brought my car in after a small forest creature (small deer? Cayote? Who knows...) decided to say hi to my bumper at 55 miles an hour. These guys at platinum had my car fixed in two days and it looks and runs great! And on top of the good customer service, they gave me a box of free cookies.
