Very poor experience with this shop. I have a Tesla that can only be serviced by a shop with the equipment Kallemeyn has. Allstate original estimation for the repair was 17K lower than Kallemeyn intial estimate. I asked to have the discrepancy resolved at the beginning of the process, but was assured that they "run into this all the time with insurance, ....and it shouldnt be a problem". It is now 7 weeks later and my car is being held hostage because they did not begin to resolve the insurance issue until the car was completed (6 weeks after begun!!!) and the insurance still refuses to pay in full.

Very bad attitude and not at all willing to work with the customer. The man that I spoke with had no interest in listening to the details that I provided him about the type of work that my car needed. Some times you just have to learn to listen and treat people with respect if you are to gain a new customer.
