Addison Auto Body was the best choice we could have made for collision repair on my Scion. My Scion was hit by another vehicle, and the damage was rather extensive. My husband and I immediately started the process of googling and getting estimates at multiple different body shops. We currently reside in the Naperville area, however, thankfully, we happened to have errands to run in Addison the same day of the accident. I sent my husband to get estimates at a few shops in the area, and after he came back from Addison Auto Body, he said "without question this is the place that we should leave the Scion at." The owner, Mike, was extremely friendly, took the time to explain the insurance and car rental process, and also gave a few different options for ways to repair the car. Each of the estimates that he gave my husband were very reasonable, and we appreciated that we had the ability to choose with repair option best suited our needs. My husband said that the quality and service offered by Mike was unparalleled, and superior to the service he had received everywhere else. I am very particular about who drives my Scion FRS, and even more particular about who I trust to repair it. But, my husband truly believed that Addison Auto Body is the best body shop in the area, and there were plenty of positive reviews online to back that up. I did not meet Mike until the day that I left my car at the shop to be repaired, but meeting him really confirmed everything that my husband told me. Mike was extremely friendly, and also took the time to explain the nature of the repairs. He also told me that we would be getting text messages with "progress updates" which I definitely appreciated. After about a week, we finally picked up our car and were blown away. It looked better than new!!! The damage was repaired beautifully, the paint job was spectacular, and the entire side of my car has never looked better. My car was also detailed inside, and we found a gift in the cup holder, which was a nice added touch. We were also given "progress pictures" taken throughout the week. I will never trust any other auto body repair shop with my car (hopefully wont have any more accidents anytime soon, though.) For anybody that isnt sure whether or not to trust Addison Auto Body with your car, I can assure you that trusting them will be the best decision you make. They do repairs on all types of cars, including the upscale expensive ones. Also, all of the repairs come with a lifetime warranty, and the service and quality is unbeatable.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR WORK, ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS!!!! Just speaking from an overall perspective on all kinds of industries on the customer service side of things Addison Auto body and Glass Inc. is by far one of the HIGHEST RATED professionals that I have ever been the pleasure to meet. I had the pleasure of being attended by Mario the business partner of Mike owners of the Addison Auto body and Glass Inc and I can even begin to thank Mario for all of his work, I mean talk about details, customer service and great work. I had a accident on my front bumper on my 2016 Camaro and i was originally going to Maaco but someone told me not to go there as their work is horrible and recommended AABG so I went there instead, turn out I live 1 minute away from them. I called the business # to make an appointment and Mario answered, we was a very professional and polite person and told me to just show up for a quote and arrangements. When I showed up I was taken care off pretty quickly and it took minutes to get me set up with a Car Rental that Mario called for them to pick me up and he told me I would receive updated as far as the cost. He did promise me that ALL parts will be from GM which I was very glad to hear that. During the wait for my baby to be ready I received text messages letting me know what percentage of my car was done which I thought it was outstanding !! My car was ready in about 5-6 days and OMG it looked even newer than before, it was like nothing happened and they polished the car because it was brighter and inside I found a gift from AABG which it made the experience even better, but what surprised me the most was that Mario provided me with a guarantee for the paint job and parts!!! I mean Addison Auto body and Glass Inc. leaves you with a WOW factor they are amazing at what they do but what I admire the most is the attitude in the way they do things. Never had my windows tinted before, but Addison Auto Body went above and far beyond my expectations and I absolutely loved the final product. I called multiple places to give me estimates on what a window tint job for my vehicle would cost and I was getting widely varying prices. Most of the tinting places I called also either had poor phone connection or they were somebody’s cellphone and I could barely understand anything they were saying. However, when I called Addison Auto Body, they had a nice automation system to talk with specific people that vary in different repairs and detailing. I believe I spoke with “Mario” who was very nice and made the whole process extremely easy and was very detailed in his explanation of what tinting he could do and gave me a firm price and a good frame of time to get the work done. I dropped off my vehicle and Addison Auto Body immediately began work on it by the time I left. The whole process took under 4 hours and the finished result was amazing. The attention to detail and careful process really shows how much they take pride in what they do. For the first time ever getting work done at any type of auto repair / detailing place, Addison Auto Body went far beyond my expectations; I will definitely be taking my vehicle back here for any other needed repairs, painting, or detailing! If you live near the Addison, IL area and need a high-quality job done at a modest price; you need to go here!!!!

Excellent shop!!! My husband and I couldnt be any happier with the service received. Mario, one of the owners, was a true pleasure to work with. He listened closely to all our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The entire process on getting our car bumper repaired went just as Mario had explained. And just to add a special appreciation touch, our entire car was spotlessly cleaned inside and out with a few thank you goodies left in our cup holder when we got our car back. Jim the shop manager is also great. Last year, I found a blue scratch on my silver door handle, which I can only assume was from someones car. When I took my car in, Jim walked outside to see the damage and soon after called one of his techs to rub off the blue paint with a rag and a liquid. In less than 5 minutes I was in and out. When I asked Jim how much was it going to be for those 2 minutes of his techs labor, he said it was fine and no charge-I was AMAZED!!! Im sure some other shops wouldve charged at least $15 dollars for such a simple task. I highly recommend Addison Body and Glass to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and friendly car shop. Hard to find a shop like this nowadays.
