We, being my wife and our six pound Maltese, were attacked by a running toilet. As I had my right knee replaced on 01 February, I was not exactly prepared to get on my knees and work on a toilet. Late last year we had H.T. Strenger Plumbing repair a different toilet. We called them to fix this one, and fix it they did. We had the same technician, who arrived within the promised timeframe. Matt went right to work, first diagnosing the source of the leak, and then fixing it. He was here and gone before my coffee cooled. My review ~ Five Stars... A honest firm with excellent employees.

We discovered we had a leaking valve on our hot water heater in our basement last night at 8:00 pm. I called the 24 hour service, and spoke with the answering service. Brad was paged and called me back within minutes. He described a way to stop the leak until he could come the next morning. The valve was replaced in 20 minutes, and we still had hot water!
