So many problems with Lee. Below is the whole story of my experience with Lee, enjoy the short novel to explain it all: My heat went out sometime during the night so I called first thing in the morning (Thursday). Since I had an appointment that day, I asked if the technician could come after that time. While at the doctors I received a call that the technician was on his way. After that mix-up, I arrived home and the technician arrived shortly after and diagnosed the problem. Lee did not have the part in stock so they ordered it and had it overnighted. The next day (Friday) the technician arrives only to find that he ordered the wrong part. This of course means they cannot get the correct part until Monday. Meanwhile, its -5 degrees outside. During the weekend, I find that the technician left a gas leak from the furnace (right next to my running gas fireplace). After this fiasco, I called the office early Monday morning asking for the favor to have the technician scheduled to arrive no sooner than 5:00 pm since my boss was questioning why I was taking so many days off to fix a furnace. The person who answered was extremely rude and kept speaking over me, telling me they would not do such a thing and I should be at home so they can fix my furnace. After a few minutes of trying to get the Lee representative quiet to listen to me, she finally listened to what I had to say and as I explained the situation that had already transpired she finally started being somewhat helpful and we reached a compromise of an appointment late in the day. We finished the conversation with the understanding that they would call me when the part arrived so I could make the 45 minute trek from work to home to be there to let the technician in. Fast-forward to 3 pm, still no call from Lee so I gave them a call for an update. I was told the part wasnt in yet but another promise they would call the moment it got in. At 3:45, I received a call from the technician asking why I wasnt at home. He was there at my home with the part in hand ready to install it. After rushing home, the technician installs the part and after installing, he was very polite to listen to my frustrations in dealing with Lee over the past 5 days as well as his breakdown of leaving a gas leak right next to a running fireplace. He promised he would bring it up to his Service Manager and I could expect a call from the service manager. This was on 12/19/16. I am writing this review on 1/11/17. Still no call from the Manager and to top off this whole circus, I got a bill on 1/6/17 where Im being charged for the incorrect part plus Im being charged for an excess of labor. Not only the time that the technician was installing the part but also the time that it took for me to explain to him the problems. I would estimate that it took the technician 45 minutes or so, and Im being charged for 1.5 hours of labor. Requests to have the technician call me have so far been ignored. I would not recommend Lee to anyone. UPDATE (1/16/17): I called in to Lee and asked to speak with the Owner. I was put through to him where I aired my grievances. He was very polite and listened to the whole situation. I believe he had read this review online prior to my call. Im still rather confused over the whole situation. He described how he had a different invoice in front of him than I had in my hands. Not sure why a different bill would be sent than on record at the company. No explanation offered on why I was being charged excessively on labor. I refused to pay tax on anything to make up for lost time at work, the owner did waive that. All-in-all, I still do not feel the scales are balanced between the ineptitude displayed by this company in handling my emergency and what I had to pay out to them. If you should choose to have Lee work for you, ensure billing is correct and be prepared to follow-up to ensure they have done a proper/satisfactory job. I still would not recommend Lee to anyone

We suffered significant damage to our basement due to the recent flood in our area. I called the folks at Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to help with getting us back up an running. First Dave Gauthier and Robert helped by installing a new hot water heater. Daves knowledge and willingness to share it with Robert was refreshing to see. Before they even got here, Dave had already figured out how to reconfigure the gas line to accommodate the new hot water heater. We were very impressed by his forethought thus making for a seamless installation. Next, I called for some electrical work. Kyle McGovern came by the same day that I called. He addressed all of our issues and fixed them. Kyle even took the initiative to "clean-up" work done by prior "handy people." Very impressed and will be calling Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to come and check out the furnace shortly. We have a lot of confidence in their work and much respect for their service team.

Was recommended to me as a good plumber. I needed someone to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink within a couple of days. I called and was told that they could get a plumber out around 1pm Thursday afternoon. Since I do not live there (Im about 35 miles away) I gave them the lock box code. They required a charge card to pay since I wasnt on site, I provided the information. I asked for a call when plumber got there and checked out what needed to be done and the cost. Well here it is Friday night, no phone call, no charge on my card. I called after business was closed and spoke to the lady I had talked to on Tuesday. She said she would call her uncle and he would call me back. That was about 4 hours ago. They had also been told that the place was being cleaned and water needed to be (fixed) running. Thanks so much for the great service. I will never recommend them.

Their office scheduled the appointment for us, and one of us made sure to take the time off of work to be at the house. It covered a 2 hour possible time frame. However, no one came during that time. Upon calling the office, we were told that the tech was still busy on another call. We were told we could leave the house, and that they would contact us when the tech was ready. We missed the initial call, but called them back within 15 minutes. However, they assigned the tech elsewhere. We waited around the house for another couple of hours, when the tech called us directly to let us know he was on the way. All-in-all, we waited for approximately 4.5 hours. The bill was also rather expensive... $175 for about 15 minutes worth of actual work. I dont think well use them again.

I received a call from Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric the same day I requested a quote through BBB. They came out shortly after the call to complete the work that was needed. Excellent customer service. Kyle came to my house and got the electricity working in my garage, removed broken/ exposed wiring from storm damage. He was courteous and explained about circuits & the type of wiring needed based on the amps. He also put up a light in my main entry way- he had to put in a metal housing box as there wasnt one previously. He was also kind enough to use the medallion that I wanted to go against the ceiling. I will definitely be calling them if I have any new electrical problems in the future as well as recommend them to my friends in the area.
