New Era Plumbing come out to my house because of a sewer smell in my master bathroom. Ive had 3 different plumbing companies come out over the past couple of months, but to no avail, that is after I called New Era. The plumber, Artur, was kind and courteous as he explained all the possible options for the sewer smell, and began searching for the issue. After trying a few things at the top of his list, Artur explained to me that he discovered a lookout in one of my double vanity drawers wasnt properly sealed. He was able to seal it off for me and low and behold the smell went away. The plumber told me that the contractor that renovated this bathroom most likely forgot to seal it off. I was pleased with the services of New Era Plumbing, and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I have used Mr. Gibala from New Era Plumbing many times since I moved back to the Chicago area. His quality work, and attention to detail is far superior to any other plumbing needs or plumber source. He is officially "My Plumber", and I will not call anyone else besides Mr. Gibala - if I need any future plumbing work done. His rates are very competitive, but not as inexpensive as a "jack-of-all-trades" plumber. I have no problem paying a little extra for quality professional work for my homes important utilities. If you want a plumbing job done that you will look at and say "WOW" when its complete...I highly recommend calling Arthur Gibala @ New Era Plumbing.

Right before the storm last week I had Artur come out to inspect our sump pump and back up system. The technician found that the main pump wasn’t working and the only thing that was keeping the basement dry was the back up systems. He was able to show us a variety of pumps, after I made my decision he went to work and got the job done in the next couple of hours. Affordable-Yes Professional-Yes. I will recommend NEP to all my friend and family.

The plumbing technician showed up on time, he was very polite, clean looking and most important he listened to me and understood what I wanted done in my house. I had new era plumbing install a new sump pump and back up system. When they got to my house, they inspected the old pumps and showed me a variety of systems. Found new era plumbing on line, decided to give them a try. Art showed up to my house, he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Just had a small leak on my tub and shower faucet, he was able to replace the cartridge same day. Nice job and good luck with your new business.
