It all started with just a drip at the basement. Next thing we knew we were emptying gallons of water in an hour!There was a major crack at the valve that connects the citys water supply to the house supply. My husband had to get up every 3-4 hrs to empty the big bucket! It didnt help that it was Sunday night. This was supposed to be a 2 year old house. We werent suppose to have this kind of problems. So we went online and read that Roto-Rooter had the best customer reviews among all the other plumbing companies. My husband called and they were very helpful and patient. They called us back in 10 min to let us know that a plumber will be here first thing in the morning. Chris (8106) (plumber) came right on time. He was very courteous and very thorough in explaining EVERYTHING ( from estimate to how to take care of the plumbing in your HOUSE)! who does that,right? It just shows that this guy really cares about his customers. Otherwise he wouldnt go to such extra length as to explain to us about maintenance... Chris was also able to explain to Kenosha Water Utility that it was an urgent matter. So instead of waiting for the city to shut off the supply in 2-3 days he did it in 2 hours! Chris saved our basement (and all thats in it), probably thousands of dollars and gave us peace of mind. The last thing we need is have water (at high pressure) flooding into our basement. Again, thanks a lot Chris! BTW , pls take advantage of their coupons they honor it. Just dont forget to mention it.

My experience with Roto-Rooter staff was exceptional. It was a very stressful discovery for me when I thought all I needed was a simple rodding out, but to our amazement it was far more then that. The technician, -3403 Jonathan, immediately noticed the issue wasnt rodding but a disconnection of my main house pipe from the outside piping. He quickly showed us the issues,which sent us spinning in disbelief. But Jonathon quickly reassured us that it can be repaired and this situation happens more often than not. He immediately called for his supervisor to come out and again reassure us that it can be repaired. Jonathon stayed around as long as he could to answer any questions and concerns and give us next steps. Within 2 days the repairs was complete with the ultimate quality and care and urgency to get my house back to having running water. The excavation team was thorough, quick with the best quality work. They worked with me watching and answer all my questions that I had as they moved from each stage of repair. They were very conscious to make sure to limit damage to drive way and other structures as necessary. Which they did an excellent job. No damage to driveway at all. I would use them again.

5 STAR SERVICE. I was home alone and my basement was flooding and backing up. I didnt know what to do but call Roto-Rooter. Ive never had to deal with this and sure enough from the beginning Serena was so delightful on the phone. She made sure I was informed on what I was to expect in addition to making sure I would have someone here to fix it promptly. Shortly after, I received a phone call with an eta and I had the pleasure of having Elvis show up at my door smiling and ready to work. He was so polite, knowledgeable and hard working. He made sure I understood what the problem was and what would be done too fix it. For such a terrible thing like the sewer backing up in my home, he sure made it an easy experience. Its a long steep stairway to my basement and yet he still muscled the 400lb machine down and back up what seemed to be effortlessly. Needless to say from the moment I interacted with Roto-Rooter until the moment I signed off it was customer service like Ive never experienced. Thank you so much and I will absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone I know. Sincerely, a new life time customer

The floor drain in the basement of my duplex was clogged causing several inches of standing water. I called Roto-Rooter in Kenosha since I have used them before and I knew I could trust their services. I called them at 4 pm on a Tuesday and the service tech was there in less than ½ hour. He attempted to clear the drain, but was unsuccessful. We decided that jetting would be the only way to clear the drain. A second tech was dispatched and was there within 45 mins (this was now 9 pm). The first tech stayed throughout the whole process, even though he didnt charge me for his time. The jetting process worked immediately, and even though it was more costly, I am satisfied with the work the Roto-Rooter techs did. Service tech Kevin was extremely professional and polite, kept me updated on his progress via phone (I was not able to be there), and went over and above any customer service I would have expected from a service tech. I definitely recommend Kenosha Roto-Rooter and will absolutely use them again in the future should the need arise.

When I called I asked how much it would cost to have someone come out for a Saturday service, I was told that there are no service call fees. It would cost nothing to have them come out. When the service person arrived, he told me the cost to figure out what was wrong is $250. I was very disappointed how they deceived me on the phone. I learned my lesson there. Thanks Roto. I asked for the service after 5pm, we received a call at 3:30pm that they would need to come soon and they would have no one available for 5pm. I had to immediately cancel my plans and go home, only to have the service person arrive at 4:50pm. At the time my subpump was running but not emptying. He noticed that the clamp for the ejection tube was broken. While he repaired that and looked at the subpump, the pump stopped working completely and he HAD to replace it. Meanwhile, he checked my backup subpump and said that needed to be replaced as well, which luckily I didnt do. When my husband came home, he replaced the fuse on that pump and it works fine now.

Kenoshas Roto-Rooter ROCKS!!! Today was the first encounter I had with something going wrong in my home. From the moment I called Roto-Rooter to the second the plumbers left I felt comfortable and in good hands. The woman on the phone was very helpful and understanding. The plumbers, Kevin (#1444) and Tim (2075), were extremely kind and patient. I was going through my home warranty and Kevin spoke patiently to the lady and explained every detail so that my life would be easier.The men cleaned up after themselves nicely and took great care of my home while they were here. The service was fast and I will definitely spread the good word about Kenoshas Roto-Rooter services. I am pleased to know, if anything should go wrong with my plumbing or drain service, that there is a local company waiting to help me. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service far exceeds many other competing companies. Great job!!! One more very happy customer!!!!!
