I want to thank you for your expertise and professionalism in service. I was very impressed when I brought my vehicle in to repair our heater this last winter. Not only did you find the root of the problem, you were also friendly and informative on the best course of action for the fix without being pushy or controlling. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from A & A Complete Automotive. However, Mr. Dattolos professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few days, Ottavio was able to verify my vehicles problem and was able start the process of having my vehicle repaired at a fraction of the cost I would get elsewhere. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which your mechanics serviced my car. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of his friends to A & A Complete Automotive. Came in for the 20$ oil deal they had going on, usually i do them myself but it was to good of a deal to pass by. Very nice staff and clean place, thought was going to be a nice trip. 50 minutes later, i was told that i needed new guide rods and tie ends. Used scare tactic saying its not safe to drive to get me to buy there. My father was a gm tech in germany so i decided to have him look at it. Easy fix, and was still ok to drive while i waited for parts. Was curious so i called aaa to see what theyd quote me for the job. Over 1500! The parts costed me around 100 (little under) because i decided to replace my bearings as well. On the quote they wanted 400 just for parts. They also put a sticker on the inside of my car stating the date and 10000 miles added to the actual amount that the car has. Although the staff is very nice, Not too impressed with quality. If i ever need to go to a garage, ill go to arlington automotive.

I was introduced to AAA when I needed a Baiid device installed in my car 2 years ago. I was instantly impressed with the service. Ottavio was beyond helpful and I didnt feel judged about my dui. I have used them for repairs and oil changes since. They have always been fair and professional with me. I like the recognition when even if I havent been there in months they remember my name. Joe is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with on the phone or in person. There customer service has been spectacular. I dont feel like they have ever tried to take advantage of me and have always been very competitive with prices in the area. I would highly recommend going here for any of your car needs.

The team at AAA are true professionals. I came in with a need for an oil change and help with looking into a rattle coming from my car. Within 2 hours, I received a call from AAA letting me know that the oil change was taken care of and the source of the rattle. A quote was provided at a great price and I was able to get my car back that day. The AAA team was fast, accurate and provided great service!

This place is a joke. Customer service sucked. They are way overpriced. I dropped off my car there and they didnt even work on it or call me to tell me what was wrong for over a week! When I finally went down to see whats up they quoted me $1000 for a tune-up and still didnt know exactly what the issue was......I would never bring any vehicle there.

I rarely leave 5 stars to businesses but I beliave A&A deserves it because of highest standards! Extremely great customer service, honest and courteous! Not mentioning the cleanness and always fresh coffee. Highly recommend!

Took advantage tht the car could not be moved and charged me 3X on parts and 2X on work, so you will get the highest price for any quote online ,even on an cheap old car. More expensive than a dealer.
