You should never go their unless you want your vehicle damaged. Made a appointment the day before I came in. was Scheduled to have a oil change and 4 tires put on. Took them 3 hours and when they were done they said they couldnt do the oil change because my oil pan was rusty and were worried they would damage it. What they failed to mention was they had already messed with it and damage was done. Drove my vehicle 3 days later and didnt have a single drop of oil and had a oil puddle so big it could be seen come out from under both sides of the vehicle. When I went down to their shop their manager called me a liar and he claimed he told the mechanic not to do the oil change. Which I found I found funny since he wasnt even their during the time I was in the shop and couldnt keep his story straight when I questioned him.

A friend took my van there on 2-23-17 save told them what I wanted fixed, because I was at work. She was told that it was possible that what I thought was wrong wasnt and Id need to pay $170 for multiple diagnostics to be done. She then told them that she would need it back by 3:30pm so she could pick me up from work. She was told ok if you leave it here well have it done. This was at 10am, she returned at 2:30pm and was told they hadnt even looked at it and it would take an hour and a half to run the diagnostics, she reminded them of what the original person told her and was nonchalantly informed that he was no longer there. Over four hours for a tune up and brakes, that never happened! I apologize for the long rant but I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is horrible!! They tried to get over $2800 from my daughter in repairs for her 2003 Sebring. That car is only worth $1200. Any honest mechanic would advise her to get another vehicle. Plus they said she needed a oil change and rear calipers and brake pads. Total BS!!! Oil was changed a week ago and the car brakes just fine. The car was brought in for a possible bad thermostat and after having a mechanic i trust look at it,it turns out all it needed was water outlet bleeder valve. Less than $200 in repairs!! I will NEVER EVER bring my car to FIRESTONE!! Oh and the Service advisor(Roderick)was really pushing the financing. saying oh you can get it financed and you have 6 months zero interest. Like Im going to pay $3000 to have my $1200 car fixed!!

Great price! Kristen was very nice and helpful. The tire showroom / waiting area were very well kept, super clean, had toys for my toddler, and fresh coffee for me. Ill definitely get my future oil changes done at this location.

They stand behind their work. I always take my cars there because they are honest enough to tell me when I dont need something I think I do. Have often checked for problems and when none were found didnt charge me.
