Terrible. Do not rent from this place. The particular size truck we reserved was not available when we showed up at the time we had scheduled. Then, when we dropped off the keys in the dropbox as we were told we could do, we were charged more than twice the amount we owed. They claimed that we dropped it off a day later and that we used more than twice the number of miles that we used. Fraud! Now, we have spent hours dealing with the credit card company fighting this.

No problems picking up the reserved truck. I was able to confirm everything ahead of time, and they were open and honest about potential problems (none of which actually occurred) so I was well prepared.
