I have never in my life left a bad review for any business, however I feel it is worth it to leave one for this place. I hope my review can help the next person avoid this horrible storage facility. First, when I rented a storage unit from them 4 months ago, I was told their 24 hour access would be up and running in about one week. Total lie. It is now 4 months later, and they still dont have 24 hour access. If you work first shift, you can forget about getting access to your items during the week since they have open to open the back door in order for you to get in. Next issue, two different times, I have come in 15 minutes BEFORE they close and asked to get into my storage unit. One time, the attendant huffed and puffed and whined about how he was trying to close but he would let me in "just this one time." The second time, the two young guys manning the counter flat out told me, "No, were closed." After I informed them they were open for 12 more minutes and they would be letting me in, the one guy rolled his eyes and finally walked back to the back door and let me in. He stood there and literally stared at me while I went to my storage unit to get one item out. It took me 5 minutes to get my item, and 3 of those minutes were spent waiting on the attendant to let me in. This place has literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Also, the ladders they advertise that you can use to stack your items into the storage units are too tall to even fit in the storage unit door. It is an absolute joke. Please take my advice and dont work rent a space from these guys. It is not worth the frustration.

After everything that could go wrong with moving did... The men working unbolted my Ubox and allowed me to place more stuff in it last minute for shipment. He even helped me unload my car and adjusted my contents to prevent heavy shifting and so nothing would fall. Extremely courteous and helpful, and definitely much appreciated!

Service was a bit slow with some hiccups (I paid for the reservation online but the staff werent familiar with that procedure), but the truck was in great condition and they even had it running for me to warm it up in the cold winter.

They had the truck ready for me upon arrival, fully explained everything and didnt try and have me adjust my reservation for different insurance. After returning the truck my receipt was emailed within 10 minutes.
