You are the worst company ever I filed a claim in court and I will see you their. No one ever contacted me about a refund or giving me some of the money that I spent on work that was not done. Your plumber left drains open did not unclog my sewer and use my son as his helper. Charged me $800.00 dollar. I guest the $800.00 was for the taxi cab for his girlfriend to go to work not my problem!! I called Rooter Rooter the next day and they fixed everything for $400.00. Out of 1200 dollars and I received no response from you our your newly graduated plumber who said he would give me $400.00 back if Rooter Rooter fixed the problem. Clearly you dont no your workers!!

Bad service, I had scheduled an appointment with them for 1/6/16 at 4pm. I lefr work early so that I can meet with the person coming to do the work. No one ever showed up, didnt even receive a call from them. I called them 45mins after the scheduled appointment to see if they were still coming out, no one answered the phone, left a message and did not receive a call back. At least a call wouldve helped and wouldve been nice since I lost half a day of work. Horrible service.

Got paid by my insurance company for work he didnt complete! Wont return my hundreds of calls! Even hired a company to contact him legally, which he wont answer & the BBB. He is a lying thieving contractor! Dont use him!!!
