We found Lifeline on Angies list originally, but they did a great job and we wanted to help spread the word. We had a catastrophic leak from our old water heater and it needed to be replaced. We called and set up the appointment for the next day (only because we werent able to be home the day it happened.) They gave us a 3-hour window for our appointment and called 30 minutes prior to arrival during that window. Sam was our plumber along with an apprentice whose name I unfortunately forgot. Both were very friendly and courteous. Sam was knowledgeable and seemed very straightforward and honest on the work that needed to be done. We also had him look at some other valves with some rust/lime scale on them to see if he felt they should be replaced. He looked at them and checked and said they did not. This is honesty! So many tradesmen would take that as an opportunity to up-sell on things even if they arent needed. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they cleaned up well after themselves. They also cleaned up well around the area of the leak and got some of the water we were unable to go to prior to them coming out. Sam explained the operation of our new water heater and made sure all of our questions were answered. While the price quote was originally higher than we expected, Lifeline uses top brand water heaters only and their work is high quality. I would definitely use Lifeline again and recommend them to anyone!

We had our 90s furnace and air condition replaced with an energy efficient one. We were fortunate to have Bob and John as our technicians. They were professional, courteous, and very hard working! They worked from morning thru the afternoon removing old equipments, replacing/installing new gas/pipe lines, furnace, air-condition, and humidifier. They even cleaned up the pool of water left behind by our air condition. When everything was done, I have never seem my basement looked so clean. Bob and John were awesome! They checked everything to make sure its working properly. They also explained how to use the unit and answered all my questions (how to use the new thermostat, clean the filter, shut offs...etc). In spite of working all day, they were always friendly, and patient with my questions ...even if its at the end of the day . We loved the Great Customer Service!!!! kudos to Lifeline Plumbing in hiring these professional technicians! We also LOVE the new furnace and air condition. We felt the difference right away! Our upstairs ususally is warmer, but within minutes of turning on the new unit, all the rooms got cooler much faster. Overall, we are very pleased with Lifeline Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future!

Use Lifeline - Dont waste your time other companies. They are thorough, professional, and do the job right! I wish I would have started with Lifeline instead of another company. The other guy wouldnt honor the warranty on the sewer line rooting and said we needed to replace our entire run from house to the street. I called Lifeline Plumbing for a second opinion and quote. They were professional when I called their office and got me an appointment for the same day to give me and estimate. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming (both the office and the actual rep who was coming). They were professional and present you with all the options they have to solve the problem. They are not looking to sell you the most expensive solution, but give you pros/cons of each. We decided to skip arguing with the previous plumber who we still had a warranty with and have them do the job right. They made sure that everything they did was 100% correct and took the time to answer all of our questions. I will use them for plumbing maintenance in the future and their other services if the need develops.

We had some major issues with drainpipes and the garbage disposal under our kitchen sink and decided to contact a plumber to get professional repairs done. We used Angies List to look for plumbers with good, long term reviews, and found Lifeline. Called and explained the situation, and within 4 hours Sam DAmato was at our house to review our situation and provide an estimate. After he provided us with the estimate and explained the repairs needed, we decided to go ahead with the repairs and also install a new garbage disposal. Sam explained all work being done, schooled us on the usage of the disposal, and also took a few moments of his time to adjust our faucet on the sink, which we had not installed totally correct. He also took a few minutes to check the temperature levels on our hot water heater and adjust them to a more efficient and safe level. Sam was friendly and courteous and made sure we understood the fixes he was making on drain pipes as well as in the operation of the new disposal. We would recommend the use of Lifeline Plumbing to anyone needing professional help with plumbing issues.

July 29th 2016 Good Afternoon I just wanted to write this letter to your company Commending the wonderful job Mike Delallo did At my home here in Wheeling. Never at anytime did I feel pressured Mike made Recommendations and left every decision to me He installed a new toilet and a couple of cartridges in the bathroom. Our basement had 8 inches of water in it due to a failure with an existing sump pump. Along with other issues, our hot water heater was damaged and broken. We called lifeline and they had someone come out right away which was such a relief. Brent came to assess the situation and gave us options on how to move forward. He was knowledgeable, personable and listened to us and addressed our questions with respect and patience. We decided to replace the sump pump system and the hot water heater. Brent and Anthony came the next morning. Both of them were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I had two young children at my home with me while they did their work and it didnt affect our routine and day at all. The work they did was amazing. They even cleaned up some of the debris from the flood around the area they were working in. We are so happy with Lifeline, Brent, and Anthony and would highly recommend them to anyone we know.

My backyard hose faucet started leaking into the house. I called on Monday, could of had an appointment next day but my schedule didnt allow for it. They came out on Wednesday. It was really easy to make the appointment. I got a courtesy call on Wednesday asking me if I would prefer to have my appointment time moved earlier since they were running ahead of schedule. Sam came out and gave me the consultation and rundown on what my issue was. He even looked at my main line, water heater, and second yard faucet. Sam is really knowledgeable, extremely personable, and to the point. He gave me two options. I was really impressed with how straight forward and easy it was to get everything fixed. The work was done right away quickly and efficiently. He even recycled the broken pipe for me. I recommend their service. I am very happy.
