Wanted to get an estimate for a new water heater. They only do estimates with a $95.00 fee attached. Also, the woman on the phone could give me fee details on what I needed. Which is hard since they will not come look at what needs to be done. Very disappointed in their customer service. Back to Althoff it is.

A good experience on a furnace replacement. The salesman was quick with no hard-sell tactics. The quote was fair and the installation work was very professional. Additional gasline work was completed at no additional charge. We highly recommend Sherman Mechanical.
