Ive been there for a claim, the shop tried to "repair!?!?" the plastic bumper cover for my S550 ?!?! which was cracked open. I have Farmers Insurance and its not cheap... but for the shop, probably they make more money in labor to repair, obviously I had to decline. I complained and my Farmers Insurance gave me a new bumper and I fixed it at CarsXpert Inc. in Lincolnwood IL. Go to CarsXpert for any repairs body or mechanical.
