First off writing reviews is not something that I normally do, but with my outstanding experience at this auto body shop I felt that something had to be said. I am a person who takes great pride in my car and when I damaged my rear quarter panel and bumper I was very upset. Not only was I on a time crunch to get it fixed because of school starting, I really wanted a high quality job, but wasnt in the best financial condition either. I decided to give quality auto body a call and explained my circumstance. With no hesitation they said I could bring it in and get it checked out to see what they could do for me. When I arrived I first noticed how professional and well taken care of the shop looked so I had a good feeling from the start. Then the owner of the company named Steve came over and personally took a look at my car and told me not to worry they could take care of it. I told him that I only had a couple days till school starts and he said no problem I can get it done. Following that the price he quoted me was extreamly competitive and seemed very fair for the work that needed to be done. He was a very genuine and understanding guy who you could tell really cared. Two days later my car was ready and had been done better that I could ever ask for. The paint matched perfectly and was nearly flawless.Trust me I am a very meticulous person. With the paint being so good and the price still being great I felt much better about the situation I put myself in. These are the kind of guys that definetly go out of the way to make the customer happy and it is shows through their great personalitys and hard work. Not only will I be going there in the future for any body work I need done but I also definetly advise everyone to make this their body shop of choice. You will not be disappointed! -Travis Valenti

I just want to take a quick second to thank and strongly recommend Quality Auto Body based on the work they did on my 2013 Nissan Sentra. I ran across them making a wrong turn on Layton and Im so thankful I did!!! The entire staff, Adam (who took lead on my car repair) Alya (sp?) who took all of my calls and finally Steve the owner who came out and thanked me personally for selecting his company were great. I rarely if ever write reviews, but I say with confidence that this is a company that a) takes pride in their work and follows through on the job b) uses quality parts and materials c) is really an example of a small business "doing it right" from dropping me off to the wonderful thank you card. I almost forgot to mention the price was more than competitive, and thats saying something really positive about a company when the cost is the last thing you remember about an experience. My car came back as good as new, and pretty much detailed to boot!! With confidence I say to definitely give Quality Auto Body a shot to earn your business!!

Unbelievable service and quality! I took my car in after I had acquired damage to my front bumper. I received a quote for the work that was needed. I sat on the quote for a few week and then decided to have the work done. I dropped my car off and they offered my rental options for the time my car was being worked on. My car was in the shop for a day and half. When I picked my car up I did a walk around with a team member to show the work that was done. I was impressed at that point. They replaced the parts that were damaged and touched up other areas that were not related to the initial damage. When I got in my car I noticed it smelled clean and fresh. As I looked around the inside of my car I noticed they had cleaned the windows, dash and detailed that flooring. I was not expecting any of that. Very impressed with the work they have done and will be back for more service for any dent, dings or damage. I will be recommending Quality Auto Body to everyone i know!

Quality is an understatement! Perfection Auto Body should be their name. I didnt know where my car was going after my accident and was worried. Quality Auto Body did the best job!! They knew what my car needed more so than the insurance company. They went over all the repairs that they did to my car with me (Insurance company did not). The day I came to pickup my car, the OWNER was standing outside, greeted me and told me personally what they had done to my car. The staff inside was by far some of the best in the area! If you need "quality" work done, GO HERE. They even washed, waxed my car, and detailed the inside! God forbid, anything were to ever happen to my car again, I will specially request Quality Auto Body!!

After calling another shop that didnt seem to want my business that bad, I found Quality Auto Body using the Google and they had my car picked up by a tow truck within an hour. They provided great communication about the status of the estimate and repair. Conveniently, they were able to work directly with my insurance company which really streamlined things and probably save a day or two of total time without the vehicle. They were also able to get the needed parts for my VW incredibly fast and complete the work before the upcoming holiday weekend. The quality of the work appears to be top notch as well. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I wont think twice about calling Quality Auto Body.

I want to thank the amazing staff at Quality Auto Body for helping me and my daughter out with our flat tire situation today. After just attending a funeral, we were driving down 6th St and our tire went flat. They were the only auto business in sight. We pulled in and asked for help, and even though they arent a tire replacement company, without hesitation they assisted us and got our car road worthy enough to get to a tire store. I just picked up my 09 Dodge Charger from Quality Auto Body, and all I have to say is from the second you walk in its service. . I am a repeat client when I had a previous car repaired here 12 years ago..Brian handled my claim with my Insurance co, they brought my loaner car to me, and 8 days later, my car is PERFECT...I wouldnt go anywhere else for body work...
