I havent had experience dealing with other body shops, but I do know excellent customer service when I see it. The service I received from Bob was finer than just about any company Ive ever dealt with. From the first call, Bob went out of his way to accommodate me. He offered to arrange for a rental car so that when I dropped off my car, I had a car waiting for me at his shop. No hassles! He sent me email updates with photos of the progress they were making on my car. Nice touch! When I picked up my car it looked brand new. Honestly! Bob even stayed late the night I picked up my car because I couldnt get there during normal business hours. Later that night, I realized the new headlights werent positioned correctly. Left Bob a message and he told me to come in the next day -- whenever it was convenient for me -- and he would make sure they were adjusted. Ten minutes after driving up, my headlights were fixed and I was on my way. I even received a follow-up email from Bob (and his wife) making sure everything was okay. There were a number of body shops closer to where I live, but I chose Studer after reading many positive reviews - like this one. I was so impressed with what other reviewers had to say, that I figured it was worth it to go out of my way to have the work done by Studer. I was right! I hope I never have to use Studer Body & Paint again, but if theres an accident in my future, this is definitely where Ill go. Kim

when i was in my first car accident, i was distraught. luckily i have nationwide insurance. when i called in my claim, i was given the option of where to take my car for repairs. after looking up reviews while i was on hold with the insurance company, i looked up Studer Body & Paint. everyone had such glowing reviews. anyway, i said i would go with them. my insurance agent told me id get a call from the body shop in 24 hours. sure enough, the next morning, i got a call from Bob Studer himself asking how he could help me out. he worked with my schedule and i took in my car. he detailed what the process would be. that was very helpful since i needed some assurance. he gave it to me. he also asked me if i had rental car insurance. when i told him i did not, he offered me one of the shops cars for the time it took to fix my car. for free. i was overjoyed to be able to forego the cost and pain to get a rental. anyway, two weeks after my accident (and under two weeks since i dropped my car off), Bob calls me and tells me my car is ready to be picked up. he went through and explained every service. he could not have been a better instructor, and happy for me to be getting my car back with so much information on it. i hope to never get into another car accident again, but if i do, im taking my car to Studer Body & Paint. thank you Bob and your team. you made an unpleasant experience into something so valuable and upbeat!

I went to Studer Body and Paint primarily because of the great reviews he got and because it was close to my workplace. Bob Studer had excellent customer service and made it as simple as possible for me. The loaner car worked great and he used a program which sent me photos of my repair daily. This allowed me to follow the progress so I was up to date on the repairs. He brought my car to the shop to get mechanical fixes done as well. It was as simple as dropping it off and then going to get in after a little more than a week. Bob even dealt exclusively with my insurance company so there was very little hassle for me. The only concern I had was when I got the vehicle back and it was shaking at 65+ mph. Im not sure if it happened immediately after I got it back or that it wasnt checked and fixed thoroughly. Either way, it wasnt necessarily Bobs fault at all, but rather the contractor they used for the mechanical repairs; which I believe was Good Year. Anyways, Bob took my car the very next Monday and brought it to them to get it fixed again; again leaving me with very little to worry about. The car is back to running great and I would recommend anyone to Bob Studer; I would be the first to return here if anything again happened to one of my vehicles.

Never had a better or more professional experience related to an automobile than I had with Bob at Studer Body & Paint. Bob is very friendly and knowledgable, willing to answer any questions you have, and is the kind of guy youd want to hang out with, have a beer and watch a Packer game. The repair to my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was complete in two days and youd never guess any harm had befallen it. In fact, when I picked up my Jeep it was cleaner than when I brought it in for repair - both inside and out. Bob had a rental car of similar style available for me, took care of all paperwork related to it and handled all insurance measures. It was so convenient and easy I could have sent our eleven year old in to handle it all could he reach the pedals. Hats off to Bob, and his crew, I can only hope to encounter more businesses like Bobs in the future and wish others the good fortune to work with Bob should their vehicle require any body work. I wish his shop provided more services than body and paint, for Id take my vehicle to him for all its needs if I could.

The best car repair experience I ever had. Highly reccomended! A few weeks ago I hit from behind while stopped at a red light, and came away with a huge crack on the rear bumper of my 2011 Scion tC. After taking care of business with the insurance companies, I asked myself the question you might be asking yourself right now: am I going to find someone who will just throw any old parts back on my car and not care about painting it properly? Luckily, I found Bob Studer. The man is highly personable, professional, and really cares for his work. He worked through the insurance companies and was willing to arrange for transportation to and from his shop to Enterprise, Hertz, etc. At the end of the day, I knew I was taken care of. The work was finished in a timely manner and when I got my car back, it looked practically brand new! The paint on the new bumper (and the bumper itself) matched perfectly and the work was thorough. I cant recommend Studer Body and Paint enough, particularly if youre working through an insurance company.

I had a very positive experience with Bob Studer and the folks over at Studer Body & Paint. I had recently brought in my 2012 Toyota Camry for some front end damage after someone hit my car while it was parked. Right away they made things easier by providing a FREE loaner car for me to use while my car was in the shop. Bobs estimate ended up being almost $2K more than what Progressive had estimated, which was obviously good because it was going through insurance and I want the best repairs possible. The repairs took about a week and I received email notifications each day with a status update including actual pictures of the car/repairs. Although this wasnt necessarily needed, I enjoyed seeing the progress throughout the week. The repairs looked as good as new and are also under warranty for as long as I own my car. Bob was also nice about waiting for me to pick up some paperwork for 30 minutes after the shop closed. Id recommend his shop to anyone looking for a convenient, thorough auto body shop.
