when I originally brought my car in for a/c blowing only air but not cold air they quoted us around $250 (including labor) which we thought was a good price considering that other places wanted to charge more (they were replacing the pump). Upon picking it up not even a week later did the cold air not work (air would come out but not cold). We brought it back in....only to have them tell us that it has something to do with a sensor & because that has nothing to do with the a/c they will be charging labor cost (around $30) which seemed cheap & reasonable...but not to mention a little frustrating seeing second time bringing it in. They have a warrenty on the jobs they do but it doesnt cover the labor...honestly dont think it should cost you labor regardless of the warrenty guidelines when it was something they could fo caught the first time. Not to mention when picking up the car...after realizing the a/c is blowing cold air which is good....the car sounds like CRAP!! it literally sounds like a 20 yr old car thats falling apart (only when the a/c is shut off)...so I know it has something to do with what they did...not only was that a problem but so suspicious when my battery is dieing now only weeks after picking up the car...knowing that yes probably was time to change the battery but how odd that this would happen literally days after picking up the car..not only that but after doing some research online have to get it tested...but could not just be replacing the battery...could actually have something to do with the a/c...if thats the case, Im bringing it back & they are NOT charging me labor it will get fixed the right way...its taken a few weeks to decide whether to briing it back seeing it with be the third time...but feel like have no other choice because only they really know what they did....cant tell whether they are lying.. I have called & left a voicemail message concerning this only couple of days after we realized this...with still no response!! obviously they DONT care... I will start my search by getting it tested for FREE at AutoZone and they can at least tell me whether its just the battery hopefully it is...otherwise have to bring my car back & hope that it will get fixed the right way.....at NO cost to me! I would NOT reccomend this place. Unfortuantely, my husband brought my car here because his brother brings his car here all of the time and hasnt had any problems...not sure if they are friends or what...but I do know with as many times dealing with the same problem & number of times bringing it back something is going on here.... Please consider other places before this one...maybe a more professional place.

Was at cancer treatment center for my dads surgery I noticed my lugs were loose when I tightened them 2 of them broke there was no way I couldve made it home he was really my best option to get it fixed at first it was gonna b the next day and when I creeped to his shop and dropped van off he said I can get it today awesome Ive had a lot of cars worked on over the years I would have to say this was probably the best experience Ive had friendly staff knowledgeable mechanics and he did it cheap he knew the situation in the stress that me and my wife were under and you had us down the road in 3 hours by the grace of God we found Martinez Auto Repair I just got to say thanks and God bless her she knows Auto Repair if u ever need a mechanic I recommend them I live an hour and a half away and Im seriously considering coming back to have them do more work on some of my vehicles

Good work! !!!! Never had a problem they treated me and my 02 ford explorer very good. Will continue to go for maintenance if needed.
