This service is not customer-centric. The owner: bad attitude, arrogance, no respect to customers, not reliable. I will not recommend this service to anybody, unless you have absolutely nowhere to go. Or, if you dont care about being treated politely and reliably. Or, if you enjoy being humiliated. My case: made an appointment 8 days ahead, early morning, for the job that takes hardly 2 hours: install parking sensors. Made arrangements at work, arrived timely (mechanic was working in garage), waited when the owner took an order from one customer in front of me. The the owner turned to me: "We will do you car next Tuesday (in a week), my mechanic is sick". WTF? Like, no I am sorry for inconvenience, or, I apologize but can you come up tomorrow? Nothing. Might be a very skilled mechanics, but this is not how you win your customers, mr. Flaherty

Do NOT under any circumstances take a vehicle with 4WD problems to these guys. They dont have a clue how to diagnose or repair these systems. They claim that they can, but all they do is guess as to what the problem is and they charge the customer for their guesswork. They diagnosed the problem with my 4WD system and they were 100% WRONG. They dont even read the DTCs to give direction as to what to look for. They might be OK for basic repairs (oil changes, tune-ups, brake jobs), but anything more complex leaves much to be desired. Ill never go back to Pat & Chucks under any circumstances.

I stopped in here last week thinking I needed a squeaky belt replaced. The manager Rod told me they were busy, but if I was going to be in the area they could call me when they had some time to look at it. They called me back about 2 hours later and gave me an honest assessment that I could, but didnt need to yet replace the Serpentine belt. I was extremely grateful for letting me know this wasnt something I needed to do right away. Having moved to the area recently, I needed a new mechanic and I think Ive found them.

I had been using another repair shop for convenience reasons, and had been told my transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. I took my car to Pat & Chucks to have them do just that, but instead they diagnosed the correct problem the ECU unit and repaired it, saving me around 1700 dollars. Now they could have went ahead and did the transmission, leaving me with the same problem, but they are honest technicians, and I highly recommend them, if they say you need something done, YOU NEED IT DONE. Both the customer service and vehicle service was exceptional. I was in a bit of a bind up the street when my tire got flat. Not only did Rod find the problem and repair the tire, he also came and put on my spare so I could get the car to the shop...saving me $100 on towing charges and their charges were reasonable for all the work. Highly recommended from an off the street walk-in.

Fantastic service from Chuck himself. We found ourselves stranded on the highway traveling home and Chuck came to our rescue. Not only did he secure a tow truck for us, but even stayed late to work on our vehicle so we could get back on the road. Personnel were polite and professional.
