Took my car in for brakes. Of course they said I needed to replace the rotors also. They charged me almost 700.00 for these repairs, and after only 25,000 miles the brakes started giving me problems. I had a friend check them out, and he said the rotors which they used, were the cheapest he has ever saw. I had to replace the brakes and rotors once again, at a cost of only 200.00 with upgraded rotors. I must also add, that when I went to pick up my vehicle, the battery was dead on my car. Seems that the entire time they worked on my vehicle they left the lights on. They jumped it so I could drive it home, but the next day the car wouldnt start again. I put a charger on the battery, and found it wouldnt take a charge since they ran it down to zero. I had to call and argue with them, and they finally replaced the battery in my car. Mind you, the vehicle at this point was only 3 years old. All in all, I wouldnt go to this shop anytime in the near future. Buyer BEWARE !!!! Just a side note for those who may be interested. I posted this same exact review on their website under testimonials. I guess they dont like negative comments, as it was removed.

Dont go to this workshop. I have a problem with my car where some engine noise is coming from bottom. First they told me its "Tie" Rod problem and charged me $575.00. But I still had the problem, so I went back to them and they said that finally they had identified the probelm and it is actually the "struts" now. So I committed another $500.00 for it to be fixed. I went by there to pickup my car but since I was burnt before I insisted that I test drive the car. When I drove it, the noise was still heard from underneath the engine. Then there was another guy who came from nowhere and said that its a transmission shaft problem and it would cost you another $1200.00 to fix it. These are bunch of crooks. you will be sorry if you show up at this workshop.

Do not trust these people. They ripped me off. They are called Family Care but they do not show any care for you or your family. I am a single mother and needed repairs and they saw an opportunity to squeeze every cent I had. Times are hard today and people need to be more caring and understanding. Do not take your car here.

I go there for bearing replace and i payed 400$. The sound of my car didnt change at all. 6 months later friend call his friend who is mechanic. He check my car and told me the bearing never been change. So... Check before u taking your car from there.
