I am the Service Manager at Mace Ford in Terre Haute, IN. Recently we had a customer with a tire issue that was in the Bloomfield area. As told to us by the customer, Tieman Tire assisted them promptly, the representative did it after-hours on their way home from work and then refused to accept payment, telling the customer to come see them the next time they needed tires... The customer informed the representative that they had a great relationship with Mace Fords Service Department and would most likely get tires there, insisting that they accept payment for their services. The Tieman Tire representative kindly refused and told her to have a nice day and let them know if she needed anything else. This is the EPITOME of excellent customer service! In addition, you can be guaranteed that if we ever have a customer in the Bloomington, Switz City, Mitchell, or Owensburg areas with any kind of tire concerns, Tieman Tire WILL be getting the call! I cant thank you guys enough!
