MoneyMaker Fo Sho

I went to them with my rear defrost light blinking and a knocking under my dash. I wanted a letter from them saying it wasnt knocking when Id come for an oil change the day before someone else removed some wiring. Rich told me not to go through all of that trouble with the other guy, but to bring it Monday and they would get me taken care of. I was so relieved, I took it and they changed my blend door actuator, but they did not calibrate it. After talking with 4 different people and 3 different shops, including the service department at two different dealerships, it appears that I never needed the actuator, all I needed was a calibration. Meineke kept my car for 2 full days and I am still left with the original problem, my rear light is still blinking and it takes about a minute and a half before my air will blow through the front. I am soooooooooooo sorry that I trusted them with my car. Once they took my money, they left me high and dry and told me to take my car to the dealership. I am sorry they are not the people of integrity that I believed them to be and sadly I am the wiser for it. Whoever would have thought that I would have saved money going to the dealership, at least they would not have ripped me off. Sad, but wiser :^(. I have also added a photo of my original blend door actuator and you can see from the picture that nothing is wrong with the actuator, it simply needed to be calibrated.

The entire experience was outstanding. I needed front brakes for my Cadillac DTS, their estimate was accurate and they didnt even try to up sell me anything. In fact they noticed my steering rod was 3/4 cracked and was a hazard. They even showed me the crack. Such professional service. They replaced the brakes, resurfaced the rotors and replaced the steering in 1.5 hours for $202.00. NTB in Hendersonville wanted over $400. The manager Ethan bad mouthed Meinkie saying things like cheap products, etc. Truth be told both locations get there ceramic brakes from the same vendor. Thanks Meinkie for such a great experience. Shame on you NTB Hendersonville.

After having my brakes serviced locally at Meineke shop, something went wrong and the front left brake made a terrible loud grinding and scraping noise. I was 500 miles from home with wife and kids in the minivan. We located a Meineke repair shop in Madison Tennessee that was fairly close by. The service manager, Rich Romeo, and his crew showed me what caused the problem and had me back on the road in 30-45 minutes; under warranty-no charge to us. This was the best car repair experience I ever had!! My sincere appreciation to Rich and his crew for their courtesy, professionalism and integrity.

Rich and the guys were great!! Took in my car with a sway bar problem that a couple of other repair shops either couldnt diagnose, or tried fixing other, more expensive "problems" that werent related. These guys found the problem and repaired it in a days time. No more popping and clunking when I turn the wheel! Very satisfied and will definitely go back here the next time I need some work done. Thanks again for the awesome service!

Ive had two great experiences with this Meineke and highly recommend them. Over the past two years, Ive had both my vehicles in for what I thought was brake trouble. Both times they checked it out and found it was something simple like rust on the rotors. No charge. They are hard working and highly ethical which is hard to find in the car repair business. Bring your car here the next time it need something.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Rich is the straightest shooter I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed my issue and gave me multiple options, explaining areas where I could save money. After he quoted me a price, he found out later that a part cost more than he thought, and he didnt raise the my price. A trustworthy mechanic? I didnt think they existed. I wont be taking my car anywhere else.

I started coming here by chance because my sister told me about the oil change for $19.95. I came by to see how many addons they were going to put on there...there were none. now I come here for everything involving my car. they have great mechanics and Lee, the manager, has done a great job. They never try to tell me something I dont need. I suggest you come by and compare.

Its a terrible place to go. They just know how to screw people vehicle even more. I just installed new brake pads and now it is clicking every time I brake. I went 60 mile sotu of my way to give Meineke another chance and they screwed me one more time. Thanks but I recommend no one to ever service at meineke. They dont take care of customer they scam customer.

The service is horrible. I brought my truck to them after replacing both upper and lower arms. The mechanic did a ok alignment but did not tighten the bolts very well and within 2 months the bolts came extremely loose. I brought it back and they fixed it but then they broke my driver seat. I will never bring them anything again

My wife and I have had good experiences with this Meineke. The staff here is very friendly, and have done a good job, the first time, with all of the maintenance our cars have needed. They get very busy, so make an appointment, or set up a time to drop your car off if possible. Also, their pricing is very competitive.

When I was looking to buy a car I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicles. The first one they scanned had 8 codes and I did not buy because of it. The next one they checked out passed the test but I just want to say they are very accommodating and work with you! Rich is a down to earth honest man!
