I dont write reviews much, but these guys are great. Before I took my car to be serviced by them I read reviews and made sure I searched them first. I come to find out they Recieved an A+ from the AAA and were accredited by the BBB for outstanding business!! Zack the owner was very courteous/professional, he wasnt very pushy and didnt try to over sell me on anything. Ive called as early as 7am and late at 6pm, they always answer their phone (there is nothing I hate more than leaving messages) Ive never had any issues and Ive taken my car there more than a handful of times. A big perk is the guys there are so nice and help me find the right decent price! The over all experiences are effortless. They are always quick, polite and honest! I wont take my care anywhere else now!!

Edit-Side note: The gentleman at J And J replaced my spark plugs free of charge, he did work with me and is a very pleasant person. We actually had a good talk about the issues with the car and he was very understanding. I originally posted a negative review because I felt that the car issues were not being handled correctly however I am appreciative that the other issue I had (spark plugs) was resolved favorably.

This the first time I go to the shop and find out they are nice people as I Read from the review they help me and they get me fast the same minute and the owner he get a ride from the shop to my home and pick me latter when they finish, I like them and I prefer them to every one.
