It appears that we will need to take S&J to General Sessions Court, as the most recent attempt to contact them (Certified Letter via USPS) was REFUSED by S&J and they will not communicate. We have used S&J for several repairs on our vehicles, all with satisfactory results. However, there have been numerous issues with the most recent repair work that we had used S&J for our 2007 Chrysler Sebring, to which we are requesting an amicable resolution, as currently, because of the work done by S&J, the Sebring is currently unsafe to drive, as the Airbag System is non-functioning. S&J used an incorrect part (3x) for the blendor which is an incompatible part according to Nashville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They also damaged the passenger airbag squibs under the passenger seat when they repaired the heater core. We took the vehicle back 3x. They simply cleared the airbag codes on the car and the blendor is still incorrect. We have attempted to resolve this with S&J, however, we are no longer confident in their ability to correctly repair the vehicle, and S&J and the owner Ramon Arellano are refusing to communicate and simply said "we will see you in court". I will update this as the process goes along, but at this time, the only resolution we are left with is to file suit in Davidson County General Sessions Court. We have also filed complaints with the Davidson County Better Business Bureau as well as the Tennessee Consumer Protection Agency. EDIT/UPDATE: We were left with no option other than to file suit in Davidson County Small Claims Court. The paperwork was served today by the DCSO. This afternoon I received a call from the shop owner. I informed Ramon at this time since I was forced to file a lawsuit, that any settlement offer that he wants to submit must be sent to me in writing or we will proceed with the court date, so how we proceed is now up to them. I will continue to update any progress that is made. It really is a shame that it has come down to this, because I have had nothing but good service from S&J in the past. However, when you fail to fix a vehicle 3x, break safety items in the process and then refuse to acknowledge or communicate until you are served with paperwork from the Sheriffs Department, past experiences no longer matter. The bottom line is the work was done incorrectly, the airbags were broken due to negligence/incompetence, and we have a car that if, god forbid, winds up in an accident, is going to severely injure (if not kill) the occupants of the vehicle.

I had to take S&J Complete Auto to General Sessions and a judgement was ruled in my favor for over $2K of mechanical work that eventually failed after having my vehicle for over two weeks. 2nd day the main oil seal leaked. Cost $1902. Returned said it was not the main oil seal but the oil pan gasket. $389. Two days later oil was leaking.Took vehicle to Beaman GMC was told that the main oil seal AND oil pan gasket needed replacement. Beaman said previous repairs were improperly sealed. Saved parts showed the aluminum housing assembly for the main seal was not smoothly cut to install the seal. Oil pan gasket seal was not set correctly. Cost to Beaman for the same repairs $2424.65. Beaman GMC appeared in court and testified under oath. Three weeks, after court and judgement was ruled in my favor for Owner Ramon Arellano to refund my money, the owner Mr. Arellano wants to return to court and is claiming under oath via an Affidavit that he works for a tire shop, does not have another source of income, no assets AND wants to pay $200 per month on a judgement $2750 incl court fees. Instead of owning up to his error and being a honest business owner with integrity, Mr. Arellano wants to be dishonest! As a customer, when S&J Complete Auto contacted me to inform me that my Yukon Denali was ready, I didnt ask Mr. Arellano can I pay in installments, complete an Affidavit listing my dependents, indicating I do not have any assets and listed my monthly expenses etc. I paid S&J Complete Auto with NO issues everytime I was informed my vehicle was ready. Now, Mr. Arellano wants to appear in court, be dishonest, appear to be the victim instead of just refunding my money. As I stated, to Mr. Arellano after winning the judgement, I am not out to purposely harm or discredit you or your business. I paid $2389 for quality service and paid $2434.65 to Beaman GMC Service Center for the same work that should have been done correctly from the beginning that simple without all the drama!

I brought my car here for some major engine repair and not only did they overcharge for the repairs they took entirely to long and thats me being patient with them, and finally when I did get it back I had to send it back because it was making a loud clicking noise, once again they take another month for a 1 or 2 week job I get it back and two months later when i move back home to SC its burning 1 quart of oil a week (part of the original problem) and just the other day Im riding down the road I hear a loud pop and now its knocking loudly and Im withot a car again. Now looking past all of that Ramon the guy in charge was very polite through everything that happened unlike the women working the desk.

Ramon and his team were wonderful! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in recently to fix some transmission issues. They took me right away and kept me posted about the progress of my repair. When I finally got the bill, it was almost half of the dealers estimate. This was a few months ago and the Jeep has been running great since. I also brought in my Corolla for an alignment and oil change and was in and out over lunch. He was straight up with me on both vehicles, beat the other guys pricing and treats you like family. Definitely would recommend S&J. (also, if you have any Jeep mods needing to get done, talk to them, they do pretty much everything)

have used about every fix it shop in nashville over the years. I started going to S & J about 8 years ago and will NEVER go anywhere else again!! I recommend everyone i know to them and they do a great job and a great price!! Its nice knowing you wont get screwed for once when it comes to main on my vehicles!! Great Job as always!!!
