Her contacts in the financing, insurance, and inspection areas made it very simple for us to navigate our way through the entire process and get into the home quickly. We loved it! After living there for 5 years, we again called on Susan and our house sold within 3 days of listing it-at full offer!!! We were ecstatic! None of this would have been possible without her constant guidance and support. Her knowledge of this market and updating/staging were invaluable! I would never do it again without her help.
