Kim is the best! She sold our home in 2015, and we purchased our home in September 2016 using her as well. Kim will do everything she can to make the process go smoothly, and her knowledge and experience will put your mind at ease. When you are buying a home, she will go above and beyond, even if that means pulling permits and drawings that will be beneficial to you. There was not a single question Kim couldnt answer, and in this field that is so important. My anxiety was high, and through everything Kim knew how to handle each situation, and knew just what to say to make me feel confident in each step. You can trust Kim, and trust that she has your best interest in mind. Overall she just wants her client to be happy, and happy we are with her! Thank you Kim!!

It was truly a great experience given a daunting task. My wife and I had very specific wants and it took us nearly a year to find it and Kim was with us every step of the way. The 2 things that stood out to us the most were the fact that Kim would make arrangements to show us a house well outside of her local territory without questions, and second, that even though we saw some homes at the top of our budget if she didnt think they were right for us she did not hesitate to tell us why. I feel like had it not been for her we may have purchased a home that we later would find was not the best fit. She could have made more commission but instead valued our satisfaction more and ultimately found us the perfect place.
