After moving to the area in January, we started searching for a home. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for a good realtor in the area; almost every person commenting referred Heather! After getting her contact information, she showed us homes from Navarre to Niceville. We had her all over the place for months. Heather was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the area and aspects of the homes. As first time home buyers, we were picky, hesitant and a little clueless! Despite theses challenges, she sent us listings without fail. Finally, she helped us find the perfect home. Even after this process, she helped answer our questions and helped us in the right direction. Heather is a phenomenal realtor, and an outstanding person in general. She truly embodies her motto of "Live to strengthen those around you", it was a pleasure working with and getting to know her.

Heahter Blatz and her team did an outstanding job both helping us sell our previous home and get into a nice beach front condo. They put a great deal of effort into marketing my home with photos, reshoots, video, open houses, listings, and more. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure our house was staged perfectly for showings. Her team also worked with me to get a VA certification for Azure where we wanted to buy, but we ended up at a different at a different resort. Awesome realtor! Shes very very involved. If you need to reach her shes always quick to respond. Shes on top of it. She also seems to be one of the largest realtors in the area. We started following her on Facebook and saw all the properties that she would list and have sold asap. She prices them right and is one of the best in the area. I highly recommend her. I also appreciate that shes a Christian realtor.
