My experience as a buyer of a home of which Annie Cook is representing the seller has been one of frustration, disappointment and now anger. For a "professional" to use the excuse I havent had it signed yet, or I havent been able to contact my client because I have a migraine is acceptable to me once. After that it appears to be an excuse and leaves a person feeling deceived, forgotten and last on the list. I feel for the sellers that she is representing. They are paying the realtor fees. She definitely hasnt earned her money in my eyes. We are now 8 days from closing and we still havent received all the necessary paperwork from her. Our realtor says he has reached out with very little response. Some paperwork has taken more than a week to receive back. I have built homes for about 29 years, have dealt with a tremendous amount of realtors during this time. Not once can I remember such a lack of effort for their client. Prime example of why some believe realtors do very little for their money. My guess is that she will definitely show up at closing to get paid.
