This place is full of slum lords at at their finest. My boyfriend and I needed a temporary apartment in-between moving from base to a house. We chose Century 21, because they were able to get us a place quick. When we first moved in, everything was fine, but after a while we started to have issues. Our refrigerator broke down, our AC broke down, our toilets were having issues, our dryer wouldnt work because the filters were horribly clogged. I called every time there was an issue, and all I got was "that will be 60$ for us to just come down and look at it". None of this was in the lease, it was just briefly mentioned in the walk-though of the place. But because they let us know, it was legally binding. After letting them know the issues we were having (and no one coming out to fix most of it, even when I said Id pay the 60$), they had the gaul to charge us for everything that was broken when we moved out (or that was there when we moved in- even when I had pictures) and charged us more than our security deposit. After I called them, in what Id say is an angered rage, they said we would just call it even and I did not need to pay anything. Someone should also let them know that you need to call at least 24 hours BY LAW before being able to enter a tenants apartment for an inspection. You cannot just show up and say "hey were going to look at the apartment". AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They might be cheap but its NOT worth it. Id report them if the BBB accepted real-estate companies.

Terrible experience. I was excited when I moved into the house but it wasnt long until things started to go wrong. Appliances would break and the back door was not sealed correctly which resulted in water leaking through and soaking our carpet, and causing a bad moldy smell every time it rained. When we requested repairs half of the time we had to call them two or three times before they would come out. We lived in the house for two years (for lack of other options) and they never fixed the bad seal on the door even though we called about it multiple times. Also they will drain you for everything they can when you move out. I repainted before we moved out and must have forget to get one or two strips of painters tape off and they charged me $35 for tape removal. There was paint on the door handles when we moved in and we didnt think anything of it but when we moved out we were charged $35 for each door handle that had paint on it even if we werent the ones that was responsible for it. Needless to say I would NEVER rent from these people again.

I would NEVER recommend this Linda Haraway, ever! She is a selfish and money hungry woman. She only cares about herself not her tenants nor the home sales that help get her undeserved commission. Super rude. I wish there was a negative star for her review. At first you think shes a sweet old lady until you a licked into a rental agreement with her. We asked to go month to month after renting from her so we could look to purchase our 1st home together and before I could say another word she tells me, "Ill let you go month to month if I can be your realtor", what kind of crappie that? Thats Linda Haraway. Without me having to say anything there are other people in this area that feel the same way as I do, maybe even more sickened by her. I wish theyd give a review. When we moved out of the house we rented from her she took the majority of our deposit claiming they had to do so many repairs and the cleaning company that she uses had to clean up after us; we cleaned that place top to bottom. Greedy. You cant treat people the way she does.

O.k, i love the place Im renting now, but Ive had issues with it since i moved in back in January (7 months ago) since then Ive gone to them for repairs and other issues that have yet to be fixed, they wont ever return my calls and hardly ever answer the phone in the first place... The only way to really get a hold of someone is to walk in, but since Im military, Im sometimes not there to be able to do that... I am going to rent this again if i can, but only because I like the property, the staff needs better customer service though!

After having to deal with them, they deserve less than one star. Very unhelpful on solving issues fast and conveniently. Their reviews are fake as well which is fraud. I think a change of staff would make this company better. I do not recommend renting or dealing with them. its hard to since they have A LOT of property here but dont waste your time with this lot. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have used Century 21 Wimco Reality 3 times in the past 4 years for real estate transactions. I find the people to be professional and very responsive to my needs. My most recent transaction was for a condo sale which they posted and completed the sale within 2 months. They handled all issues and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend and would use again.

I understand the people that own this facility are humans and are not perfect. But every situation I have ever had it has been dealt with promptly and professionally. When we had the cold snap, my pipes froze and Cindy was there within an hour of my phone call to make sure I was comfortable and to assure me things were being handled.

I attempted to use this this company as a property manager and heard nothing back for a month. My home was located in a high demand area and it seemed like it took much longer than expected to have a tenant. I went with another company and it was rented within 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company for property management.

Horrible Owner!!!! BEWARE at Classic court! Mr Don Heapy is the owner of the unit has had a major mold contamination issue had to pay for a mold inspector to come in and assess and assess the problem which turns out to be a major problem so beware to all those out there looking to rent on classic court !!!!

I have been renting from Century 21 Wimco for the past 5 years. I am very pleased with my unit. Although I dont call for much, when I do, Cindy is always very timely in making sure that my needs are met. If I was able to purchase my own home, I would definitely use Century 21 Wimco!
