They pulled the classic bait and switch with me. They quoted me one price to replace a flex pipe but after they worked on my vehicle they called me and told me they had also replaced a flange gasket. If you know exhaust systems, you know they were probably taking that gasket out anyway to replace the flex pipe. They said the price was $50 more than quoted. I told them not to do the work but they said it was already done. I gave him a good because it seems to work well, but Im not happy about the change in price. Seems a lot shady to me. Make sure you get a quote and tell them not to do any work without prior approval.

Took my vehicle to Beck Automotive on a Thursday afternoon to have my front driver side tire repaired (small leak). They told me if it continued to leak to bring it back. The next day I observed the tire was still leaking, so I took it back. They fixed the tire (another small leak was found) for free and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I was very impressed with their willingness to fix my problem correctly and urgently. Their staff was very professional. I highly recommend Beck Automotive to everyone! Although my car had highly rated tires on it, I was having trouble with the rear of the car loosing traction while turning or accelerating up a grade even at moderate speeds. Becks researched tire compounds and gave me a choice of what might work best for my specific type car. I bought a pair from them and problem solved. The car handles great now rain, snow or shine. Becks is a great place for auto repairs. Great customer service! they explain in detail what your problem is and how to fix it. They are up front with their fees and honest. Ive had my jeep worked on by them several times and they always call and explain my problem(s) and what needs to be done to fix it. They have an after hours drop box and will also offer to take you home or to work while they repair you car. I appreciate all their hard honest work! Thank you Becks!

Becks was not interested in helping me. I walked in, mentioned my muffler is dragging , that my dad had been a customer for years and I just wanted advice for my safety and my vehicle safety. They provided neither and sent me on my way dragging my muffler. They could have earned my business today by simply addressing my concerns, asking questions and have a customer centric mindset. I would not recommend stopping in, theyre too busy for you.

A month ago I had my transmission rebuilt by Beck Automotive, I was very please with the customer service, I was also very pleased when the tech called me and explained everything to me in detail on what went wrong. Today I had to drop off my truck again do to a little fluid leak and they got the truck right in, got it fixed and done another great job!!! Keep up the great work!

I had Beck Automotive mount some tires on my new wheels and I asked them to be careful with them as they were new and I know how easily wheels can get chipped or damaged while installing tires. They did a great job and even saved the boxes the wheels came in for me. I had one issue another time with them but they were quick to make it right the best they could.

As a tourist passing through the area, I noticed on the freeway that a rear wheel bearing was going out. We had to make an unscheduled stop and spend the night at Quality Inn. The next day I arrived at Becks at 8. They put 2 or 3 guys on the job and I was out of there by 9:30, all for only $320! The service was professional and prompt. Many thanks. :)

Cant say enough good things about the service here. They could have done what I asked them to do--replace a a stripped lug bolt, which would have meant lots of time and expense, but instead they just re--threaded the bolt, which saved me a lot of money. Honesty is the best policy after all. What a concept! Honest, competent and reliable.

They are very fair with their pricing, and they are very honest. I trust them in every area 100%. You will never get better service anywhere else.

The staff are friendly and skilled. As an elderly woman, I have sometimes been treated condescendingly by auto mechanics, but that has never happened at Becks. And best of all, they fixed two problems after I had been told by other mechanics over the years that they were unfixable!! In my opinion, Becks is golden!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ACTUAL PRICE OF A PART!! (IE..ALTERNATOR AT PART STORE COST $170, BECK AUTO WILL CHARGE $400 FOR THE SAME EXACT PART) SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
