RUN do not walk - THIEVES We took our 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a V8 engine to Sincere Auto in late Feb 2014 when our Power Steering pump failed. They replaced the pump which weve had nothing but trouble with since. Today my partner looked up the #s from that pump and discovered the part installed was for a 6 Cylinder Engine NOT a V8. However since the car is now past the "warranty" there is of course NOTHING we can do even though its the part we paid for. Lesson learned all I can do is warn others. Another thing our Jeep had a black Die Hard battery when it left our home on the tow truck however, when we got it back the battery in it was an orange battery that was old dead and scratched up. This battery was of an amp for a car not a Jeep which is the reason it wouldnt hold a charge and was constantly dying every time the car was turned off and also why it had to be jumped at the shop when we picked it up. The fact it was constantly dying was known to Ron within the 1st week when we took the car back to get more power steering fluid and something tweeked on the power steering, but he blew it off. We didnt discover the switch for a couple months as we were forced to pull the Jeep off the road to fix something else immediately after picking it up and never thought Ron would steel from us, we also kept second guessing that it was a different battery. While the Jeep was in the shops custody the radiator fan mysteriously stopped working. No indication of any issue previous to this. Ron quoted a price of 1,300 for the part alone to fix labor not included to which I said no well fix it ourselves as my partner is a Certified ASE Technician but due to his health we choose to send it to their shop to fix. When I reminded Ron of this he got a deer in headlight look "Oh shoot" but didnt say anything. I found the part on Ebay, used for 210, & we replaced it ourselves. It just took us a while due to the bolts proving that the labor that wouldve been charged by a mechanic wouldve been another 1,000 if performed by Ron. Its notable there were 4 other Jeeps on the lot at the same time as ours not sure if this was an issue or cause however I will NEVER go back. Extremely disappointed as this shop has NEVER done us wrong before on our other car in the past however, NEVER AGAIN and Id recommend everybody else find another shop to go and do your research first.

Poor Communication and my car runs worse than it did when I brought it in. Really disappointed in the horrible service I recieved from Sincere Auto Care. I called on Thursday morning to see if they could get the car looked at that day. They said they were confident they would be able to get the initial check in that day. After not hearing anything, I called on Friday, the next day at 1pm and they still had not looked at the car. They called 2 hours later to say they thought it was a distributor cap and would be putting that on. They also mentioned that it was good that my car was not triggering any codes in the diagnosis. So I figure Ill be getting a call to pick up the car. After no hearing anything for the rest of the day, I called them on Saturday at 10:30AM and they told me that theyre not sure its the distributor cap and need to run more test that they may not get to until Monday. So I let them know that I was frustrated and they ran the tests shortly after. They called at 11:00am to tell me I needed a new Fuel Pump Relay but couldnt get the part until Monday. I called a nearby supply store and picked up the part myself and brought it to them. They snapped it in and drove the car out to me. I asked them if it was running well with the new part. He said it was running great. It was the end of the day so I went home to get my wife so we could pick up my car. I got in the car and started it and the Service Engine light came on and its louder than its ever been and it immediately stalled. Im frustrated that they communicated so poorly through the process. I initiated almost every call to find out what was going on and they clearly did not test it properly. Im expecting a full refund of the diagnostic charge when I confront them, first thing on Monday and will be promptly bringing my car to a new mechanic.

I started taking my car to Sincere because my parents have been using them for years. I have always had a good experience there and have never had any problems. If you have a major issue they are more reasonable in cost than the big box car stores like Midas or Jiffy Lube, but charge a little more for small jobs like oil changes. I still take my car to Midas or Jiffy Lube for small jobs like oil changes but after a recent trip to one of these stores got a quote on other things that needed fixed like brakes and engine fluid replacement. The quote was $1600, so I took it to Sincere for a second opinion. I got a free quote and it was $700. That is quite a difference from $1600, the reason for it being different is the big box store was charging me for things to be replaced not repaired and was way over on labor hours. I would always recommend getting two quotes just have Sincere be one of those. Great Team, Great Service, Great work done!

AWWWFULL EXPERIENCE we brought our cadlillac here in perfect condition with just a problem with the ignition switch they took a WEEK and didnt even know what was wrong with it so we wanted the car back to just take it to cadillac where they could ACTUALLY fix the car .then they told us the car wouldnt start now even though it was working fine. So again we brouht the car up there working fine and they broke our car and told us there was nothing they could do . DONT EVER GET UR CAR FIXED HERE HORRIBLE. When we were trying to sale one of our cars they also told us spray pff the engine and then sale the car before the car goes out. That just shows how "sincere" they are. Will be pressing charges against this company.

Sincere has always been great! I took my car in there after being told from anther mechanic that my brakes were horrible! I took it over to Sincere for a "Sincere" 2nd answer, and the guys there told me my brakes were FINE and that after a certain amount of miles i should get a check up!..Each time i walk in there, im greeted and always made feel welcomed with a smile!..So far ive taken my fiances car, my mothers and my car there and none of them have ever had any issues!...For those who gave a negetive comment, remind yourself that if you dont take care of your cars and wait until one thing breaks, then another thing breaks,etc..youre going to spend more money on fixing EACH thing that needs to be replaced!..

My experience has always been positive. I have been using these guys for years! They are a family business and the owners are always at the front counter to greet you and are very friendly. They have reasonable prices and have always been there for any crisis I have! I am out of town often, and have called them when my wife or daughter have been stranded, and they always make it easy. Great peace of mind. Makes me wonder if these negative reviews are maybe jealous competitors! I found them on Angies list. They have almost the very best reputation there!
