The gentlemen at Fast Lane are always helpful every time my husband brings his truck there. They are always trying to work with us to do the most urgent repairs and what repairs can wait until we have more funds. They are alway respectful of both my husband and I. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what repairs are being done before they start the work. There has not been one time that we have been in there that each bay isnt filled and more cars waiting to be worked on, they must be doing something right to have that kind of business, but they always find a way to get my husbands truck fixed in a timely manner. The guys that work there are always very nice. We never feel like we are being taken advantage of like we have in the past by other mechanics. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone.

This place was ok while I had to take my suv there to have work done when I had a warranty from the carlot. So once I had to have more work done without a warranty I took it there. They never answer the phone they never return calls I drove there after hours and saw the owner inside another car looked as if he was doing drugs. I talked to him he said he would call me Monday and have my suv ready to pick up. Since I have decided to take it else where. He has not contacted me. I cant get a hold of him. The business stays closed. You can see pillows and blankets inside as if someone is sleeping there. Something isnt right. I am going back and towing my suv away!!! Poor communication and lack of a good business. He needs to close this place DOWN!

I trusted them to do an alignment because a good friend recommended them. Had my vehicle for 4 hrs after they said itd be done in 45 min I waited an came bak an it still wasnt done so I left it there after the few hrs I drove bak up there not hearing from them at all and find what that they couldnt even do it but I still had to pay them for nothin to get my vehicle back. On top of that they took apart my tierod n didnt put it back together just stuck my wheel on and let me go. I took another place they did the alignment no issue after I bolted front end back up. This is why people are afraid to trust others in working on the vehicles

They have my car they are not calling me and letting me know whats going on and or how much it may cost for repairs Im not paying something if its not in the price range Im in because they should have called me and let me know whats going on they have poor communication skills

I had my car there almost a year, before they told me whats wrong with it, then when they did call back. They said it had been sitting so long that it developed more problems and it wasnt worth fixing. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

An EXCELLENT job on my jeep! Went over and beyond doing just the minimal! Walked me through and showed me everything that needed attention! Guy worked ridicilous hours to get it done for me!!! TOP NOTCH!
