I went in for brake pads and rotors. They called and told me i would need new calipers, i asked them if they could just put it back together and i would come get it, after talking to tech they said they could put rotors and pads on but the life of them would be short, i said ok and paid them $324. I live on main street, extremely close to this shop. On the drive from tires plus to my house my brakes almost caught fire, they told me my calipers were tight and it would feel like my brakes where on till they wore down, didnt think they were literally on. After pulling the tire and caliper off myself this morning i bent my wrench just trying to pull a lug off, one lug i had to step on the bar and put my 220lb frame on it to brake it loose, the lug across from it broke free with me barely pulling it. I fixed it myself cause ill never trust another shop and drove my vehicle down the road only to see the other caliper start to smoke. After letting it cool i tried to break lugs free and it was the same thing, one extremely tight, opposite one extremely loose. Its almost like they ment to pinch my tires crooked. Not to mention after pulling the first caliper off from driving beside the mall to main street the caliper was completely torn apart. And the second caliper looks like they took a screwdriver and cut it, the metal is completely fresh, no break dust or rust.

Wow what a terrible place! I took my car in because it had something wrong with it after I ran off an icy road. I asked them if they could repair it once they had determined what was wrong. They just did an alignment--when I drove it off of their lot, just turning the steering wheel caused a loud rubbing sound. Then when I took it back to them they decided that it needed some new parts--all told this cost me $300 and STILL didnt fix the problem. So I took it to another place who told me that there was no way it could have been aligned with the problem it had. When I went back to ask for a refund, they decided that it had a bent spindle which they estimated at $1300! Its unbelievable that they thought that they could swindle me out of yet another $1300 when they had no idea how to fix it in the first place. Not only was I out the $300 but I spent hours waiting and time at another place to get another estimate. Im certain that they have no idea what they are doing. Do not go to this place! If you need a place close to the mall, go to Firestone on the other side of the mall. They are trustworthy.

They cant fix anything! Got my front struts replaced (cost almost $700 for aftermarket pieces of junk) and they installed them wrong. Then went to Bandys across the street and they said they were completely broken! This was 7 months ago. Yesterday went back to get an oil change and told them to look at the struts and they said they were completely fine!! I also had a GoPro camera hidden under the hood when they were doing maintenance and they were screwing with my car for 1 1/2 hours before they did anything productive on ANY car!! WILL NOT COME BACK AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATED!!!

Wow. What a GREAT customer experience. I went to Autotire in Greenwood Indiana after hearing from a friend about the great service (and price). They exceed my expectations in every way. A BIG shout out to Brent and Mark who obviously know their stuff. They took the time to explain in detail all the tire options and the pros and cons of each. Once I decided, the service was professional and quick! I would highly recommend Autotire in Greenwood to anyone who needs a mechanic they can trust.

Went the extra mile and honest. I went in for a simple plug and patch due to a nail in my tire. When removing the tire from the wheel the machine slashed a hole in the side wall. The informed me of the situation and that it was most likely due to a tire overheating/low air pressure problem. Brock then went the extra mile for customer service and ordered me a new tire a no incremental cost to me. This type of customer service is rare and hard to find.

They gave me a price for new tires and installation. When they were done the bill was for more because of all the extra shop fees that they did not tell me about. And on top of that because i did not replace the Honda valve stems they told me after they installed the tires that I would not have any warranty on the new tires. This business is dishonest and cheating customers for more money while looking for any way to terminate warranty.

They were highway robbery @ the Greenwood location. Over 1k$ for a repair, even when I asked for least possible work. Over 100$ to look @ my vehicle & NO REPAIRS! The discount of 100$ off a thousand was if I chose to apply & use their store car. So an inquiry on my credit report for nothing! I wouldnt recommend them. Shirles Automotive on Averrit Rd was a FAR better experience!

I have always had a great experience here. I most recently came in for one tire patch. Turns out I have 4 nails in the tires and one had to be replaced. I was really upset, mostly because it was terrible timing financially, but the guy calmed me down and made me a great deal. Highly recommend!

Always very dependable. They dont seem to use the sell them everything they dont need philosophy that most service centers have. Ive used them at least a dozen or more times over the years and have never had a complaint about price or service. When they fix it its fixed. Highly recommend.

Decent prices on tires, but they dont mention how much they charge to install. Double check their work. They may not perform an oil change on a big ticket like mine. They will fix if your nice about it. But definately check everything before you leave.

Awesome service! They ordered a tire I needed overnight and got it installed at a great price the following day. Waiting area is clean and staff is friendly, unlike most other tire centers. Wont go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Ive used Tires Plus at Greenwood Park Mall for oil changes and tire leaks. So far the customer service is great and the prices are low. Cant complain. Call for an appointment for quicker service, it can take a while sometimes.

They told me they didnt have anyone qualified to change a blown fuse, but they had someone qualified enough to tell me I needed four new rotors... Seriously? I would hate to see how many people they pull fast ones on everyday.

The staff is out of this world great. Never over charge for work. They never tell you nred something unless you really need it. They treat you like family.
