Went there for specialized repair on a wheel chair accessible van – hence we traveled beyond the normal car repair radius. They do more than just specialized van repairs – I believe only thing they don’t work on are imports. Highly recommend this business. Friendly. Clean. Reasonable. Rusty took the time to show us his diagnoses and go over the repair process. We were 45 minutes from home so it made sense to stay & wait for the repair process. While waiting, Rebecca was kind enough to drop us off for lunch and then pick us up again (we planned to take Uber but she insisted). The wait area is clean and kid friendly. Clean bathroom & shop area too. Price was very reasonable – they should charge more (nope I’m not a shill). We paid them more than what they wanted to charge – they are that good.

I have been going there for several years now and I will continue to as well. They dont try to price gouge you in fact he has very reasonable!! For you ladies if you take your vehicle in by yourself they will NOT take any advantage of you by trying to tell you crap just to get more money as some places would and do. They show you in detail what needs done, how its done and any other info you may need. They will also contact you before any work is done to let you know the cost and to get your approval first. You can trust them!! I am not related or anything with them, Im just your average costumer that has a vehicle that does need work from time to time...lol

These guys are awesome! Not only were they able to look at my Honda Odyssey very late on a Monday evening, but they had it fixed early the next morning! I was passing through on I-74 when the alternator died. The Honda dealer nearby was not helpful at all and the service guy was rude. Found these guys on the web, called, and was there in 10 mins. They analyzed the problem within 10 minutes and had me and my family in a loaner vehicle (no charge) back to Illinois. I picked up my Odyssey the next day. The repair was quick and the service was OUTSTANDING. Very friendly folks who do a great job!!! Thank you!

Used AAD&R for the first time about a month ago. Had some extensive work done on my SUV, so I wanted to give it some time before writing a review. Well, Rusty and his staff are fantastic! Price was right and the work they did seems to be flawless. Performance is great and NO LEAKS!! Really happy I gave them a try. Last but definitely not least, they are honest folks. They were able to troubleshoot and repair a difficult computer/electrical problem on a 2014 vehicle. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the technicians and the type of equipment/tools in the shop. I will definitely go back if ever needed. Reasonable rates as well.
