There are 2 types of companies out there - Those that that understand customer service and those who dont. Unfortunately for me, this Firestone location was the latter. I had 4 wheels and 4 tires that I needed mounted and balanced - I called this location, and specifically asked if they would be able to get them done that afternoon/evening, and I was assured and promised on the phone that it would be no problem whatsoever. Firestone was NOT the cheapest, and it was a good 30 minutes away from my house. There are MANY other stores within 5 minutes, who could get them done within a few days, for considerably less. However, i needed them that night, so i decided to give this place a try - my mistake I get there, and was greeted by a particularly unfriendly representative who balked at the notion of getting them done that day. He told be that since these are "low profile" tires, the require a completely different process and machine, which can take over 1 hour per wheel (this is complete bogus by the way, and a complete lie - the process and machines are identical). He then proceeded to tell me that "maybe we can squeeze them in". At this point, my buddy who helped me drop off the tires had already left (they wont fit in my car, I was stuck or else I would have just left at this point) so I waited around for a bit hoping that they would get them done. After an hour, none of the workers had even started on my wheels, and I observed many of them on their cell phones, in an empty shop (maybe 2 other cars in there tops). I then went and asked the representative what was going on, and at that point he flat out told me that i should leave and come back tomorrow, as they werent going to even start on them (this was after I had already sat there an hour). So suddenly, Firestone is not the cheapest, they arent the closest, and they cannot get a set of simple wheels and tires mounted when they promised my they could. Things are looking bad, but they get worse. I told the representative my situation, that honestly I would have never come if I was not promised same day completion, and that i would like a slight reduction in price for the trouble. He assured me that this would not be an issue, and the store manager would take care of me in the morning. I had no other cards to play, so I had to leave the wheels there overnight. I come back the next day, and talk to the store manager. This gentleman was the rudest, most offending person I have ever dealt with at any company. When I told him about the phone call / quote of same day completion, he flat out told me that "that is a lie, we would never say that". I was very insulted and offended by this comment. His attitude was horrible. He refused to compensate me in any way - keep in mind, this store is over 30 minutes from my house, so i had an extra hour of driving to go get them. What kind of a customer service agent would call their customer a lier? Clearly, this store has alot to be desired - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, SLOW, AND EXTREMELY RUDE / INSULTING.

Had my truck in to get the front brakes worked on (new pads and rotors) as they were making a terrible sound upon breaking and a constant whine/squeal at lower speeds. I dealt directly with Stetson as he assisted me on a previous visit. The team completed the brake work on time and at a very reasonable rate. The following day I noticed that the whine/squeal was still present at low speeds. I called the shop and Stetson had me bring the vehicle in right away. In less than an hour he called me to let me know that it was the U-joints on the drive shaft making the noise. As we both originally thought it was only the brakes causing the noise, he offered to do the repair for only the cost of the parts. Was very happy to hear how willing they were to work with me to correct the issue. Stetson went on saying that if replacing the U-joints didnt correct the noise, then he wouldnt charge me and they would continue to investigate the noise until they could correct it (at no cost to me). The vehicle was ready on time and a service tech went with me on a test drive to ensure I was satisfied with the end result and that the noise was gone. He talked me through what they did step by step and made sure I was happy with the results. Overall very pleased with the level of service, customer support and caring offered at this location. Hands down would recommend this shop to anyone needed service.

Had a flat tire from what appeared to be a small roofing nail. I had a push plug so I plugged the tire so I could drive it in to get the tire fixed correctly. They told me since I plugged it the tire hole was too big to fix and I would have to buy a new tire. This has happened to me before, I plugged the tire myself so I could drive in to get it fixed and never had an issue. When I started asking questions as to why they couldn’t fix it, they said it was corporate policy this was not a “mom and pop shop”. I explain this same situation happened to me, I told them where I had it fixed (not a “mom and pop shop”) and I started asking about the corporate policy. At that point they didn’t have answers….just that the hole was too big to fix. If it was too big how did a push plug hold air long enough to get to the shop? They were just trying to Rip me Off and sell a tire.

Terrible service! Watched them stand around laughing with each other for an hour and a half while my car just sat there. Then they gave me the run around and continued to jack the base oil change price up. They lied to me about their quoted prices that I had gotten from them before I agreed to have them do the work. Then refused to give me the $10 off for my Firestone card during check out. Absolutely Terrible

If I could give negative review I would. The manger there has the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. Had to take my car to another shop to get it repaired. Have an appointment and then get pushed off to the side. When I ask whats going on I get attitude and lip. Will never bring my cars back to this firestone!!!

Its a great place, they took care of my Silverado, they even went far from what went for and made a recommendation about some parts that needed to be replaced. Thanks Cristal, thanks Mike. A little sad because I didnt get my credit approval , but thats not on them.

They are very nice and professional. They are very good at getting you in around your schedule. They are fast, and they explain what and why they are doing along the way if something comes up that wasnt as planned.

Great service. Friendly staff. I lifted my Jeep Wrangler and took it here for alignment. They called to let me know the alignment was on target and they did not charge me.
