I have been taking my vehicle here for 4 or 5 years. I purchased the extended warranty with each new set of tires. Honoring the warranty, whether patching or replacing (its been all 4 tires at one point or the other), never an issue. On a very snowy day, the low tire light came on. Out of town, I stopped at the gas station, fed the machine every quarter in the car in order to provide the max amount of air labeled on each tire, but the light would not go off. I drove to R &T, but the lobby was full and no availability to evaluate the tire unless I left the car for the day or schedule for tomorrow. After explaining how I tried to solve the issue and # of travel miles for the day, the gentleman had me pull in front of the service bay. He was so patient checking each tire. He fixed what I tried to “fix”. He explained the sticker on the inside of the door and why manufacturers place max pressure numbers on tires. He never made me feel dumb and I’ve never had a bit of trouble since. Thank you!

I walk in to the store to have them just check my battery to see if it has a voltage issue.. The test took 5 minutes, they kept the vehicle in the garage for an additional 15 minutes. It seemed strange, like they were stalling. The guy comes out, cannot look me in the eye.. Says "OH YEAH.. ITS A BATTERY PROBLEM, WE CAN TAKE CARE IT FOR 160.00!!!! I was shocked! This smelled very fishy, I started asking questions about how he knew for sure the battery was needing replaced and what were the actual results.. This guy was getting frustrated because he didnt want to answer my questions. I said "this isnt right I think you are well above the right price for a simple battery install. I said no thanks.. He then charges me 25.00 plus tax looking at it!!!! These guys will rob you blind! Dont take your car there. Went to Wal-mart, 70.00 for a battery, free install, free system check.. 3 yr warranty! I will NEVER take any of my cars to this place!

I Went in because I had a locked up front rotor and got quoted 1,200.00 dollars because I needed "all new brakes and components and lines on every corner . This was on a 1993 ford ranger the parts cost me 143.00 at auto zone and I didnt need new brakes all the way around. Needed one caliper and set of pads, and retaining pins on the back brakes.... This place will take every dollar you let them and smile to your face while stabbing you in the back! BE WARNED!

Customer service is beyond excellent! I travel around with my work dog and every time I come in for my vehicle needs she is with me. They even spoil her with lots of pets and treats. They are ALWAYS quick on servicing my car. I definitely recommend R&T!

Waited for two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled a week in advance. Then they charged 95 dollars just for an oil and filter change. I guess they have to make up for the fact that they can only do four jobs a day at that pace.
