My daughter had used one of their pods previously and we were very happy with the drop off, pick up and delivery! I did the same with moving all was good with delivery and pick up. I had them drop pod to my new place on July 12th. Called early am on 13th to pick up. Wasnt picked up until the 15th which they wanted to charge me for the 2 extra days even though it was setting empty ready for pick up. I had paid for the whole month and told I would get a check for the days not used. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting on refund! Get run around when I call. Not happy with their customer service at all at this point!

Recently we moved within City from apartment to new home. Owners response was excellent and on spot he gave a rough quote and explained to me it could change based on the actual time but should be close. It ended up being a bit higher but not way off and I thought the pricing was reasonable based on my previous moving experience. Very professional and energetic staff. They explained first on what they were going to do and how they were going to pack and they were very efficient. I would highly recommend to use Greenwood moving for others who want to move within City or in the area they operate - Sriram
