This must be most top performing, efficient, and customer service orientated site that Public Storage has to offer. Upon entering the establishment, I was promptly acknowledged and greeted by the agent on duty, Bianca Ward, whom I assume is the general manager. I was kind of in a hurry and needed the process expedited. This was no sweat for Ms. Ward, as she seamlessly and expeditiously processed my order all while providing top quality customer care and with a great personality to boot! She not only made sure I understood the terms of agreement of my rental, she also personally escorted to my unit instead of giving me the location and sending me on my way. She advised that I call her should I encounter any issues and then wished me a pleasant day. I left feeling satisfied that I chose the location for my storage needs. The nature of my profession requires me to travel, and whenever Im in the area or in a reasonable radius, I will give this location my business and I would strongly encourage you do the same.

I have been a long time customer with Public Storage, for the first time since May 2012 in Hammond, Indiana! I want to thank Yohanna, Bianca, Brittany, and other Public Storage staff of the Hammond, IN location for good quality service! Due to my situation of being homeless for long while, and not having my family to support me of storing my things in their home, Public Storage has been a great experience to me, by protecting my important belongings, Ive never had a problem mailing my monthly payments by mail to Public Storage Hammond from Raleigh, NC to where payments were always delivered without a lost trace and staff keeping me inform of receiving my payments! In the future, I would consider using public Storage again if I ever need a place to store my belongings safe! Thank you ALL for being a honest and wonderful company to work with and God bless! Public Storage sure does know how to pick the best employees to work for them!I have to say I have never had a bad experience with these wonderful people. My husband has been storing with this company for about 3 years and all I have to say is public storage rocks! Today my experience with public storage was more than fabulous alissa was in the office today and she greeted me with a big smile.I came into the office today to ask a few questions about how I can get a bigger storage unit or what can I do to save some money. Alissa right away took me out to my unit and gave me some suggestions on how to rearrange my personal items to save some room! thanks!

My husband and I came in there yesterday to rent a storage. As a women that works in customer services I never felt so welcomed as I did. You rarley find someone that would take their time to make people feel secure leaving there belonging there. Katrina not only greeted us but made sure that we understood everything and answered all of the questions that both of us had. She had a smile on her face the whole time and knew what she was talking about. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The Property Manager Bianca, was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband move- in was smooth and easy. She offered us extra products to ensure all of our belongings would be safe and protected from any possible weathering. This young lady wasnt pushy like most sales people you meet she really cared about her property reputation and her name. I will refer my friends to come to this location. Me and my husband went there and before I can even speak Katrina was right there to greet us and tell us hello, me and my husband really love coming into places like that where we feel very welcome, she explained all the details about renting a space and even offered if we needed boxes before we asked. I really like this employee and shes very good at her job, keep up the good work Katrina!!

I was there on Friday Oct 17th to remove my property from the unit, it has been stored since 9/2012, that should say enough about this place and its staff.Joann was super helpful(like always) when I emptied our unit. She was super helpful and if I ever need to store any of my property again it will be there. Thanks again!! You have been super helpful!! :)

Ive been storing here for over two years. The property is always well maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I came in today to put some stuff in my unit and had a hard time getting it open. Michelle, the lady in the office was very sweet and came right out and helped me. I highly recommend storing with Public Storage at this location!

Initially spoke with Bianca, she was very helpful. I came in to see the storage unit. It was very clean in appearance. I had banking issues and had to postpone my next appointment by two days. I was allowed to do so, Bianca was very helpful and worked with me. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone that asks. Very friendly and helpful staff!

After 5 years I was vacating my storage space. Katrina was a sweetheart, making my job easier, and printing out an invoice for my entire five year "lease". She even humored me by listening to my explanation of why I was leaving Indiana to return to my beloved Texas. She was very pleasant. (Thanks again, Katrina!)

Both Prechana and Katrina were very helpful in which type of unit would be best, letting me know about the different prices of each unit and if I needed any moving supplies.

Joann was very helpful and quick. She gave great advice for keeping belongings dry. Unit was as described. The only issue was a burned out light bulb which Joann promptly sent a helper to replace. I would do business here again, very pleased with service.
