This storage business is absolutely the cleanest I have ever seen. The manager provides the best of customer service as well. She has always greeted me with a smile and helped me as soon as I entered the door. Having an up to date camera system in place makes me feel at ease knowing that the units are secure. The security gate at the front provides user friendly access to all customers with a private code, which allows you to come and go to your unit as often as youd like. The prices are very affordable no matter your budget. After visiting this location I could never imagine going anywhere else!

We had to tow a vehicle in from out of town to the dealership nearby and rented a U-Haul from my town. We ended up dropping the car off and did not want to be pulling an empty dolly the drive home. We swung by this establishment to return it and received excellent customer service. There was a man (forgive me, I forget his name) who called U-Haul and got it all sorted out for me. He also saved me 50$ which was excellent. 10/10 would recommend this place !

The manager is very professionl..and will go out of her way to help you...they have All your moving needs from boxes to Uhauls i will recommend Secured Storage to ALL MY friends and family.even if you are not my friend Ill recommend secured storage of the Shoals

I needed a storage facility because I was relocating. When I found Secure storage Shoals and actually arrived and saw the unit I was impressed with it. The unit was clean and climate controlled. I would recommend Secure storage to anyone.
