My time at Public Storage Lansing has been great. Ruby is best resource there and she has been so helpful to me for the past year or so. I cant thank her enough for going out of her way to help me get the best storage space available for my possessions. She took the time so that I got the right fit, and she is fun to chat with! I was going thru a tough time and she made it so smooth that it relieve my stress! Ive used others storage companies in California, but this PS in Lansing, Illinois has been the best. Please ask for Ruby especially to help you get your storage space! :)

I came into public storage yesterday just before closing time to inquire about a storage unit in case I plan to move this summer. Casey was very patience with me although it was almost time for her to go. She took the time to take me out and actually show me the unit! I have all the information I need in case I plan to move, thanks to her. Now I feel my move might not be as stressful as I thought at first. I recommend storing here. Seems like a nice, quiet place & obviously the employees really care.

My experience at public storage was great even after having a real bad day earlier. But coming and talking to Toni just about how public storage works but life situation as well and she really gave a great response and made me smile. Even tho I think the prices is high and shouldnt fluctuate I still did business due to the customers service from Toni. Thanks a million and i will recommend people to go there.

I just started a new contract with this location and Toni has a really great personality. She gave me suggestions on packing and storing that I never knew existed. Ruby was very helpful. She showed me 3 units to make sure I had the correct size. She even shoveled snow so we could gain access to a unit. I was very pleased with her professionalism.
