Andre is AWESOME!!!!!! Its wonderful to know when people love and appreciate what they do for a living and I can tell that hes one of those people. Many times, people that are in need of renting storages such as myself, are in some sort of dilemma or crisis and working with Andre he made me feel comfortable about making the decision to patronize the facility. I rented my storage 1 day after the one dollar promotion expired which means that I had to pay regular price for the unit during the first month and I didnt mind spending the additional money because Andre provided excellent customer service. He initially had me scheduled to move my items toward the back of the storage area and I explained to him that the only person that would be available to move me was actually a handicapped individual so he didnt hesitate to give me a storage space closer to the front of the gate. He also allowed me to utilize the facilities dolly so that my transition would flow smoothly. Andre is a very accommodating individual who is very passionate about assisting the public and for that, THIS GUY DESERVES A TREMENDOUS PROMOTION.

Generally, I do not take the time to review a business online, but when the service is exceptional--I feel compelled to make an exception. I arrived at the Public Storage facility located at Lincoln Highway and Western, all set to spend an exorbitant amount of money on boxes and packing materials...not my ideal way to spend an afternoon. Fortunately for me the manager, Andre was on duty. The level of professionalism he displayed was exemplary from beginning to end. He was very courteous and extremely helpful. He asked all of the right questions that helped me to purchase exactly what I needed and thanks to the pack pricing, I was able to do so without going broke! Moving can be an unpleasant and tiring experience, but the service that I received at this Public Storage site certainly made the process a bit less stressful. For all of my friends and family who may have need in the future, I will definitely send them to this location.

I would like to say that ANDRE are a very nice person and manager, he takes his job very serious,one he has been around for many year"s, He is a very business person if theirs any questions that you may have ANDRE always been able to give you answer as well solving the problems,this a very smart,Intelligent,very bright,Unique,fast on his job,he have a lot of sense of humor,he knows his business.as well he keeps his property very clean.the employees are very nice as well ,believe or not ANDRE have a sharp brain remembering old clients name. I have been a customer of Public Storage on and off for over 5 years and have found this facility to be reasonable, clean and convenient. The staff is always helpful. Michael Cade was my hero last week - it was his 2nd day and he was so helpful it made my task for the day so much easier. Whenever I come in to make a payment the manager Andre knows me on sight and pulls my account up before I can announce who I am. I have rented storage space in other places in the past but since I have started with this location it has been my preferred store. Keep up the good work Andre & Michael. Doritha Merriweather 6/2016

My experience with Andre today would be a FIVE STAR service. He had taken care of my wife to downsize our storage unit. Andre was very knowledgeable of the mechanism within his corporate structure to make this happen. I was impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge of all of the documents for this transaction. Andre performed the changeover with great attention to detail and at the same time to keep the customer, that was me, engaged in all of the corporate documents. Andre has a "can do" attitude that makes the customer feel very confident that he is constantly thinking of the service for the customer.

Public Storage in Chicago Heights, IL is a really great storage company. I just moved in today. The manager was eager to help assist me in moving in my property. He made sure the correct storage was the right size to fit my car. The $1 first month is a great opportunity to not miss out on by reserving online. You will have to pay for keys and an admission fee but I saved $100 on the first month for storing my large car which was a blessing. Its always good to find places that the employees welcome you in with a smile and this public storage does just that.

My experience with Tanara Graham was exceptional!!!!! Her bright smile was very welcoming as I entered this location. I was undecided about the size of the unit that I needed but Ms. Graham evaluated my merchandise and helped me come up with the perfect size unit. I am so thankful to have come to this Public Storage location in Chicago Heights. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone in search of renting a storage unit. The office was clean and well managed. Tanaras kindness made this a very enjoying and pleasurable experience.

I have been a tenant with this specific Chicago Heights Public Storage location for over two and a half years, and I must say that Ive gotten nothing but the best of service from Andre... not only is he extremely polite and very helpful each time I come in, but he also takes the extra step in knowing exactly who I am, remembering my back story and treating me just like family... so I would gladly continue to recommend this location and public storage services to any and every one that I know thanks to Andre!! :-)

Regarding the Public Storage Facility at 20909 Western Ave., in Chicago Heights, I am thoroughly happy with my experience. The facility is clean and neat, the code and gate work flawlessly, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and experienced. Additionally, Andre is fantastic! He helps create a "personal" experience in an environment where one would typically only encounter an impersonal corporate response. I was sent to this facility by another one down the street because they had the $1/mo. deal on the unit I needed (kudos to that rep. as well). Nina had one customer when I walked in, but soon after had 5. She handled us all in turn courteously & efficiently. Her manager stopped by during our transaction and took over finishing mine to help her get to the other customers quicker, and he, too, was efficient & friendly. Good teamwork! Thanks to all.

Now dats what I call Customer service. Ms. Crystals service was impeccable and supportive in all manner. After the stress of even thinking about moving, it is always nice to know there is someone who can ease your load with numerous tips and advise on how to make it all a little bit easier.
