It was her voice that initially drew me in over the phone: professional tone, authoritative, and honest. I was just curious to see who this individual was that sounded like they should be doing voice-overs for commercials. So I drove over to the PS on Dolton Road, and I got the opportunity to meet the manager, Kinney. She was even more charismatic in person and I was impressed how she handled the clients like she was a stock holder in the REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), that owns the company, Public Storage, headquatered in Glendale California. Before I knew it, we were laughing and talking as we rode on the golf cart to view a possible storage space. I loved the spaced she chose as its always been a lucky number for me. She gave me the keys to the space, we went back to the office, signed the contract and I was off to pack up my belongings. It wasnt until I returned with a full truck, and movers in 90 degree weather that I realized that I couldnt find the keys to the storage space. And, it was after hours on a Saturday. Luckily, PS was open on Sunday and I phoned Kinney and left a message panicking that I couldnt find my keys. She called back right away and told me she had found them still in the golf cart. The only problem I had was the movers couldnt come back to finish until after the office was closed. I couldnt come to get the keys before the office closed. Kinney informed me not to worry and put them in an envelope and put them in a safe place until I could arrive. This is my first time using a storage facility in decades and Ive heard many horror stories. But this facility stands head and shoulders above the rest, even within this company. Because of Kinneys dedication and professionalism, I can rest peacefully at night knowing my belongings are in a safe place. Thanks Kinney for such an incredible job and you really should consider doing Improvisation. You have the personality, the charisma, and definitely the voice. Best regards,

The property is horrible. They refuse to fix your storage overhead when it breaks. my unit door have been broken for over a year and nothing has been done. also, the charge over 140.00 for a 1-2 bedroom unit and keep going up on the rent. this is not h rumor, i am a current customer. they are scamming their customers and my friend will be contacting the attorney general about their services....EVERYONE SHOULD CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATION. DOLTON, IL

Worst Place EVER! There is a manager named Miss Kennie and she is extremely rude. I tried to talk to her but she was to busy eating chicken wings, and they were everywhere. She did not care that my belongings were damaged, due to deplorable conditions. She tried to over charge me for a moldy musty unit! Needless to say she does not care about the customer, and I am happy to have moved all my belongings to Cube Smart.

I stopped in the location OFF Dolton rd today. I had a few questions about storing my moms furniture once she moves to a nursing home in 2 weeks. I was helped by a LADY named Wendy, she was very helpful ON giving me the cost on the storage units there and tips on how to utilize all the space in the unit. When its time to rent Im definitely going back to that location. I was very pleased with her customer service.

I was having the worst day ever! Kennie was my sunshine! She was amazing, I didnt have everything I needed, It was last minute, I just couldnt catch a break. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right size space and the best price! I am so appreciative of the best customer service experience I have had in quite some time.
