We purchased tires from Firestone with the warranty and lifetime rotation. Each and every time we have taken our vehicle in for tire rotation, we have had to make several return trips due to the tires being out of balance. Recently the low tire pressure indicator light was repeatedly coming on. After several times of filling tire on our own, we made an appointment as we knew there must be some type of slow leak. We dropped the vehicle off on a Friday night for a 8am Saturday appt. By 9:30 we were notified the vehicle was ready. They confirmed the low tire pressure warning, filled with air and said they saw nothing wrong with the tire. When we showed up at 1:00 to pick the vehicle up, the front desk person noticed we had the hazard warranty and stated they did not complete the proper service request. After waiting 2+ hours for the proper inspection, a slow leak was found in the valve stem. Bottom line, if you do not have any type of warranty, you are treated differently! They were more than happy to send us on our way without the proper repair until they discovered we had the warranty. To top it off, for the 3rd TIME, a huge grease stain was left on the interior of our vehicle. The ONLY reason I have returned is because the lifetime rotation, etc we purchased. I would stay very far away at all cost!! Go some where else~

I used to go there every time I needed an oil change as I had faith in them even though they tried to upsale quite a few unnecessary things to me. As usual, I went in there today for my due oil change. My appointment was at 4 and I went there at 4 sharp. After giving them the keys, told them to call me once they are done. 1:30hrs passed yet no call. I went back to check and my car was still in the garage apparently. I asked them how long would it take, they said 10 more minutes as my oil filter was tight and hence the delay. I saw they were just putting my car on the jack and was pulling it up after this conversation. After 10 minutes, they guy comes in and says since they took so long, they would not charge me and also that my rear tires were lacking air pressure and I need to change them sometime soon. I guess they thought I was naive about cars and i became suspicious when I saw my tire wasnt pumped to the proper pressure. I ran the engine dipstick through my fingers and the oil was black and dirty, meaning they had not changed the oil. I am very disappointed and have started to think this isnt the first time they did something like this. Never going back and would not recommend anyone else to go there either.

Terrible experience with them. I did a 4-wheel alignment for my car. And the problem got worse after the service and they told me they cannot fix it but still charge me the same price. When I went to pick up the car, the guy name Paul told me they are finishing up. After 20 minutes when my car is ready, they told me they can’t fix one of the wheels and do not know what is wrong with the wheel but all the other 3 wheels are fixed. They said I need to go to the dealership or a body shop. So, eventually they still charge me 90 dollars for making my car worse. For a 4-wheel alignment only fixing 3 wheels does not make anything better. The whole process they sound like they can’t fix it but still charge me is a completely normal thing. I felt robbed. They could tell me when they notice they cannot fix the problem and just call me to pick it up and go somewhere else. But they didn’t. Apparently, they wanted to make Easy Money. I would suggest everyone around me to stay away from this shop! This is the first time I was told by a store that they don’t know what is the problem and still charge me the same price. Worst experience ever!

I had my worst experience ever at a car repair place here. A guy named Paul was extremely rude and unprofessional and required that I come to their store before he would talk to me even though my wife was there and gave him the phone. I called him on their office phone but hanged up on me. I reported the incident to his boss who was very nice and he rescheduled the service but paul was there and refused to attend and threw the car key back. I called his boss again and he spoke to him and after his boss hanged up, he said he still wont do it. His boss called him again and I believe he got the message and he finally buckled. The original problem was because he ruined my new tires because of not installing properly but he wanted to cover up and my wife wanted me to find out what happened but paul was not happy that a woman should be smart to know when a car place made a mistake. Paul should not be working there and if you go there, just watch him.

Only place I go to get my vehicle serviced on with an appointment they get you in and out fast as they are very busy throughout the day if you are just a walk in. They guarantee a 1 hour promise time with appointment on oil change and fill your washer fluid air up your tires and top off all necessary fluids. I have a lifetime alignment and they align my vehicle whenever I bring it in for service for free . Ive had especially good experience from a Tech named Jorge he always takes care of my vehicle and is very honest about the repairs I need or will need in the future and explains in great detail. I wouldnt go anywhere else for service! Ive gotten all my maintenance done there for 3 years now and my car still runs and drives like new! Thank you Firestone!

My husband has set up an appointment to have our front 2 tires replaced and an alignment done. I was told, it would take 2 hours. A little crazy, but ok. They then proceeded to then contact me bc of a bolt needed to complete the alignment at an additional $40. I agreed to the repair. I was never told it would take any more time. I was promised my vehicle at 11am. I called stating I would be on my way at 1220pm, to which I was then told they needed an additional 25-45 minutes. It was nearly 2pm before I actually was driving out of their vehicle. Their response, well give you a free oil change. Seriously? Id hate to see how long an oil change will take these people!

A week ago I did a inspection here and they told me something wrong with my tire. This week I came back to buy the new tire here and did a alignment, now I feel like I am driving a new car. Never feel this good. These people are reliable. Also keep an eye on their coupons. They also get you good price :)

I bought my tires from here regularly go for tire rotations, brake change, oil change.they usually have good service and if you have an appointment it takes them between 30 minutes to an hour. This place is better than the dealership that usually over charges you for small work on your car.
