Nice guys. However, I always have to go back for something not being right. Wheel balancing, for example, took 3 times to get it right. Just left the place and got home to realize my hood had been popped and not shut all the way. Luckily it didnt fly open while driving. Always have finger prints all over my car when I get it back which could lead leading to scratches. Speaking of scratches, they managed to scratch every single rim on my car recently. They did send me to get it fixed but the wheel shop that did it did a very very mediocre job. Showed the Firestone folks what they were paying for and it seemed like they didnt really care that I was dissatisfied. Will be going to a different Firestone in the future. I give 2 stars because they made some kind of effort to make it right and the guys working the desk are fairly nice. But the service is below average.

They are friendly enough, and polite. But there is some shade. I went there for a problem that I thought was fixed, after the amount of money that they said it took, I felt confident for a few days it was fixed, they had broken my issue down very well, I thought, and what it would take to get it fixed. However; went back for what felt like to me the same issue but they did different work, for $$, I had to visit them several times. They found something each time. With all the niceness, could lead a person to get their credit card. After about the 3rd visit, I was fed up and I think they knew it. I asked did the mechanic put everything back together. They do the cc dance, and the price to do the work could lead a person to getting the credit card, if there is money left on the cc, then there’s work left to do on the car. You could be left holding the bag!

My husband spoke with Lynn at the Firestone store at 8634 US HWY 72W, Madison, AL 35758 on Saturday, May 21st 2016 and received a quote from him to replace the spark plugs and spark plug wires on his 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The quote we received was "$195 out the door". I called this morning and scheduled an appointment for 2pm today, May 23rd, and confirmed the previous price quote. When I was at the store today they told me it would be an extra $70 for the spark plug wires because they werent included in the previous quote. A classic case of bait and switch. ****UPDATE: After discussing our problem with the district manager, Firestone honored their original quote and we had the work completed at a different Firestone location and the work and service met our expectations.

I have used another local Firestone and have always been very happy there. I have tried this one a couple of times as it is a little more convenient, but i will probably go back to using the other. The work done on my truck was fine, but it took longer than I was told without any explanation. When checking out I was asked about a credit card, which I declined interest in. However, he asked me three more times if I was sure; I dont like that type of pressure sales tactic, it is annoying and far more likely to lose my business. However, at the end of the day my truck drove fine and the work done appears to be good.

I would say zero stars if I could. These guys will say you need additional items just to run up your bill. I recently spent almost $700 here for new brakes and rotars and my brakes have been having a metal on metal sound since they replaced them. Actually my brakes were better before they even touched my car (this is only a 2yr old car). I will be taking another afternoon off work so these guys can try to fix them for a third time. Overall very frustrating experience and I would never recommend this place to a person.

Great Service, Great Staff, Very Professional and didnt feel like there were up-charging or trying to sell me anything I didnt need. Found me a great deal on a set of tires (made my day)..now I have referred them to everyone....and you know what happens usually when that happens, they dont get as good of service, by the three other people I referred got just as great of service and respect as I did!!

Called on Wednesday for an appointment on Saturday but they didnt have any. They said they could schedule for a later date or I could bring my car in. They fit my car and n and the tires were installed on a couple hours. They service staff were extremely friendly and called when my car was completed. Only downside is they dont have enough appointments available.

Fast, friendly service, clean, child friendly environment. Purchased 4 tires with road hazard. Thank goodness we did because a month later we got a flat tire. We came in 30 minutes before closing and we got it replaced for a fraction of the cost compared to not having road hazard. The kids table and toys are helpful during the wait. Thanks Firestone!

Very nice employees and excellent customer service! They are always patient with any questions I may have. They dont try to upcharge me like other repair shops have in the past. Also, both the shop and lobby areas are clean- which is a definite plus. As long as I live in the Madison/Athens area, this Firestone will definitely have my business.

Excellent service very quick in and out. I went for a oil change and car inspection as Im taking a long road trip soon and they did a great job. Did not try to "find" issues where there were none like the Bob Wallace Firestone seems to do, so happy theres a new Firestone in town!.

I really love this place! The employees here are super sweet. I take my car here to get oil changes, and the most recent one- they changed my oil, lifted my splash shield on my car because it was dropped, and put windshield wiper fluid in my car because the light for it was on

If you dont have an expensive vehicle, they are probably going to treat it like its a 30 year old piece of junk. I have a 2015 Civic, they were careless with the rims, scratched the rims (second time this has happened), called corporate to let the know how bad this place was.

Saved $200 on a set of tires!!!! Everyone else around was way more expensive and I called price checking for an entire week!!! They gave me a discount and an additional $100 off for labor day! I paid $565 for a set of Firestone destination LE2S!!! Will be Back in the future

Always friendly staff. We have several service trucks and usually we can turn in and get set tires on while we walk next door eat lunch. Great work here for sure. Not trying sell you things you dont need either.
