I can honestly say that my appointment with them has been the most enjoyable service I have received from any business Ive ever been. From the moment when I called in to schedule the appointment through the time my car was being serviced in their location, I had an incredible time. The staff were super friendly and I definitely felt like I was being taken care of; It was a pleasure speaking with Dan, and Tammy was just a sweetheart. My only regret is not living in the area to be able to go back to such wonderful service, so thank you guys! I really appreciate it!

I have been using this Firestone location for almost two decades. They greet all customers with a genuine smile and for repeat customers, address you by name. From lifetime alignments to new tires to suspension related work, they have always treated me as a valued customer. In particular, I would like to praise Derrick for his ongoing excellence in customer service. It is probably this man alone that has ensured my repeat business. Awesome service and great prices. The staff are extremely friendly and happy to help. I bought a used vehicle that had some Firestone tires on them and wanted to stay with them. I searched all over and I found the best deal directly from Firestone. Tires, mount, balance, road hazard and an alignment, cheaper than any tire shop from Attalla to Holly Pond and Huntsville to Birmingham. Defenitly getting all my tires in the future here, at this location.

I have only been here 30 minutes and I have f.. and motherfer at least 15 times very loud obnoxious and trash mouths. The counter help was very friendly and professional but the techs are like a bunch of immature unprofessional trash mouths. I would almost bet these are some of the same people that trashed Trump about vulgar language. I wouldnt recommend bringing young children.

This Firestone has a great staff. Super friendly and insightful. I expected to be waiting for a while but they finished changing my oil within a short period of time. They also informed me about the condition of my vehicle and gave me helpful advice. This is the only Firestone in the area where I have left completely satisfied.

Ms. Tammy was such a warm, friendly, and wonderful person to be greeted by & my mechanic Chris was honest and fast in his work. Very descriptive on any issues that the vehicle might have. This is very important knowing what exactly that is wrong with your vehicle.

I took my truck in to be worked on yesterday and I was told it would cost 1500 dollars to fix my truck, so I took my truck to my a different mechanic and he fixed my truck for 400 dollars. Firestone tried to cheat me.
