I went to Madison Muffler for the first time on Saturday 12/10/16 and it was an awesome experience! David and Cody were so knowledgeable and made the whole experience really bs free which is rare in the field of automotive repair so thanks guys! I normally do all the work on my truck myself but my exhaust had broken at the Y-pipe partially so one of the pipes was just hanging down under the truck and with me living in apartment I have no place to weld. I knew it eventually would break the other exhaust hangers and fall off so it needed to be taken care of right away. When I got to Madison Muffler David greeted me and then Cody showed me the brand new replacement Y-pipe and gave me an estimate for a very fair price and in less than 30 minutes he had it repaired with clean welds on the pipe and overall just really good quality work. As soon as you walk in this shop you can tell they will do a good job, its clean and they have all the professional grade tools to get the job done. I wanted it fixed quickly because I drive my truck every day but I wanted the work to be done right so I tried Madison Muffler and I will be back for sure! Thanks again guys keep up the good work!

I was told by another shop that replaced the fuel pump on my car that I needed the catalytic converter replaced in order to pass emissions. David and I spoke on the phone trying to coordinate a time to drop it off. While talking I explained my check engine light hadnt come back on after they reset my system, and he suggested going to the emissions testing center right away. My car passed which meant David lost money. He could have very easily told me to bring it on in, and I wouldnt have thought twice. His HONESTY and CONCERN for me as a person just made me a future customer for life when I do eventually need this or other work done. Stand up guy.

Madison Muffler is full of guys who have been there a long time, really care about you and your vehicle, and have the lowest prices in town. We just recently moved here from Minneapolis, MN. Ive been there 3 times with 3 different vehicles and they took good care of me every single time. The serpentine belt on my 98 Century wouldve cost me at least 3Xs as much in Minneapolis as it did there! I highly recommend this place for honesty, integrity, and competitive pricing. David is an awesome guy. Talk to him and hell take care of you.

It was 4:30p before the Labor Day weekend and I stopped in to check and see if the rattling noise that had started a week prior was an issue with the catalytic converter. Even though the work Madison Muffler had done was two years ago, they quickly threw it up on the wrack, found that the heat sheild had become loose, tightened it up and sent me on my way. Bottle line is, these guys are great, friendly and helpful, they stand behind their work and I would trust them to take care of me in the future.

Needed to have a timing belt replaced. From the first phone call to when I picked my car up they were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Steve and Stacey are both great. Even though I used to deliver automotive parts to many businesses, they were always top on my list. When it came time for work on my car and truck that i couldnt do, I took it to them and left with a smile on my face.
