In the past i have had nothing but great experience with this company; however, I recently had an incident in which my car went into their shop for a full set of brake pads, rotors, 2 calipers, and 2 tires. The price for the work was fair at 800, tires for my car are cheap, but my car came out of their shop with a new set of dents on the front finder. I took it to them on Monday after taking it home on a Friday. Since i did not spot the issue on site when I picked the car up, and could not prove it was their fault they have left me bear the cost of repairing the dents on my car. A suggestion was made that they pay half, but they were too busy to deal with it and told me that i had to come back at another time. I have yet to get the dents fixed. Also as a side note, when i took the car back for the dents, I also had them re balance the tires, which are still vibrating post second balance. All said, I do not believe I have been fairly treated, and am not happy with the extra cost I am entailing because of negligence.

I couldnt ask for better service than I received. I went in with low tire pressure. Im from out of state. I JUST had my tires rotated less than a week prior. The young gentleman said he would take it & check my tire to see if I had picked anything up. They were extremely busy. My first thought was they wont be able to get to me. Im going to be stuck here the rest of the afternoon. He came back on a relatively short amount of time. He said I picked up a screw in my tire. He plugged it. Said I was set. Have a nice day. How much do I owe you? Dont worry about it. Have a nice day. What??!! I should pay you. No. Thats okay. Enjoy the rest of your day. I gave him a big hug & told him he has no idea how happy he made me!!

WOW!! I called ahead and told them another garage said I needed new rotors, new brake shoes, new wheel cylinders, etc...I was skeptical so I took it to Cooper in Muncie even if it is 1.5 hours away. They looked at it and told me the hand brake needed adjusted, there was air in the brake lines (I put it there so I knew that) and they adjusted the rear brakes. $35 ! WOW, they could have told me I needed all that other stuff and I would have felt like it must be true. I will always go there now!!

I had been in need of new tires and stopped into the big chain option and just felt like high pressure. I decided to just stop at Coopers and see what they had to offer. WOW they offered me a couple options for tires after I told them the type of use our vehicle gets. Very relaxed and all the employees were engaging and pleasant. Took about 30 minutes and I was on the road feeling good. I would recommend that you give the local guys a try. Oh and the price was cheaper!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After about 30 mins they were done and told me that the tires didnt need rotated but he switched the two front tires around and didn't charge me for the rotation. If you need any work done, I suggest you take your car here. Oh, and the waiting area was full of grumpy ol' men and grumpy ol' men don't take their cars just anywhere!

I got quotes from every major tire center in central Indiana and Cooper Tire had the best price on 4 tires with mounting and balancing plus an alignment. The best part is I didnt have to even tell them the competitors quotes and I didnt need any coupons. The volkswagen dealer wanted nearly double for the same tires and sears was the closest at $100 dollars more with discounts!

The service was friendly, professional, and timely. The technician recommended the best tires with the best price and did not attempt to oversell me tires I did not need. They overtightened some of tires and others were so loose they might have come off when I was driving. Im fortunate I went home and checked, then fixed the tires.

I have been a dedicated customer for 8 years and they have only failed me once. This translates into hundreds of visits with quality services and products at great prices. As to the one failure it was an a leaking head gasket. As long as youre not having major engine or transmission problems this is the place to go in Muncie.

I had a leaking radiator hose and called Earls Auto Repair to get a quote on replacing it, the quote they gave was $138.00. I thought that was excessive so I called Cooper and they said they could fix it that same day for $53.00. Needless to say I went with Cooper and they did a fine job and Im back on the road again.

I took my grand am gt in to get a flat fixed. They were fast and very affordable. Then about a month later the same tire went flat. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. Cooper tires are amazing and their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them for any and all tire needs.

Cooper Tire is okay for Muncie Indiana. They most likely dont drug test theyre staff and probably dont run back round checks either. If you want an oil change this place isnt bad.
