One of many bad customer service experiences , as a electrical service company we focus on customer service unlike Autozone I was buying all our parts from Autozone for our fleet of vans . My last experience was to buy a simple thermostat and should have taken 5 minutes at the most . The guys were to busy to service the customers standing in front of them and would rather answer the phones and tell me " be with you in a minute " among a lot of other distractions . So long story short after waiting at least 15 min I left and will not EVER go back to Autozone . If this was my first bad experience I could over look it but with all the options to buy parts they should really work on customer service .

This morning started off a disaster. Unable to locate in-stock parts that were urgently needed. Ken when FAR above and beyond the call of duty to help get us the part we needed and get my sons truck back on the road. At the same time, I had a horrible experience with another auto parts store that was much closer to me. Ken and Terry both saved the day and I wont forget that anytime soon. Even though the other parts store is more convenient, I will be traveling the extra mile to conduct business with AutoZone from now on.

They go out of their way to get you up and running again. I was needing a part for my landrover called OReillys said it didnt come with front passenger side wheel bearings ok,called advanced they can get one price $300.00 But I had called Auto Zone first and they could get the same part with the same warranty next day for $189.00 thanks for your fast and as always reliable help
