Our daughter went there alone because she had a flat tire and needed help quickly. She was charged the price for a new tire although it was a used tire and when we called to speak to the owner, they tried to call our daughter a liar because they swear it was a new tire. We know the difference between a used tire and new tire. The tech even told our daughter they put a used tire on her car. She was charged ALOT for one tire and they were not willing to make it right and even said the tire has no warranty!

Weve been going to Five Points for a long time. Probably over 15 years. A friend recommended them to us because they, along with her parents, had been going to them for years. Weve taken 5 different vehicles to them for repairs. And weve purchased tires from them, too. Weve always had great service, repairs, and very reasonable prices. Not to mention everyone is friendly and helpful. We recommend them all the time to friends, family, and strangers.
