Took my fathers car here to get his tires rotated. I sat outside because the weather was nice and waited. I noticed after they were finished with previous cars, the mechanics all drove the cars in a small circle around the rear parking lot. The gentlemen stated afterward that he needed to make sure the car drove fine. I obliged, and continued to sit outside. While he drove the car I heard screeching tires and what sounded like burn outs. When he came in to give me the keys, I asked politely if that was him. He stated yes and was slightly embarrassed that he was caught. I asked to speak to a manager, but he stated there was nothing he could do now. Needless to say I will never take any car here again. Unprofessional and childish, not to mention wreck less and inconsiderate to the customer.

I brought my wife and Is car in at 8:00am so I could be finished in time for work. I asked for my oil to be changed before her car as I needed to be at work first. They quoted me a 45 minute wait time. At 9:10 they brought her car keys up and said they were finished (so almost a half hour past the quoted time). I asked about my car since it was supposedly put up on the rack first. He said it had been seen by a different technician and he was just getting to it. It wasnt until 9:50 (ten minutes before work and almost two hours after I gave them my car) that they were finished. I also asked them to change my wipers which as I drove away saw that they clearly did not. Would not recommend.

If I call and ask when is your last appointment and you tell me 630 I think arriving at 615 warrants service right? Well, not at this tire and lube. Apparently scheduling too few technicians is grounds to not take anymore customers... do me a favor and not lie on the phone Tina

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried rejecting me for a oil change because "they were closing up" and hour before there close time.

Oil changes take forever. Over an hour and a half last two trips with no other cars in the lube bay.

After two hours, "Havent gotten to the tires yet, will be another hour before its finished."
